Boutique Alpine Mountain Home - Jindabyne

FredRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This home is fantastic. Scott and Samantha set the tone from the being in responding to all messages quickly, with detail, and in a friendly and relaxed way. You can tell they take pride in sharing their home with others. The location in East Jindy is perfect. Only a five minute drive into town, the home is close to lakefront access, and is peaceful -you can’t notice the road behind the property while you are enjoying the big back yard, which my dog loved playing in as it was securely fenced. The large sofas in the living room are perfect for movie nights, and the bedrooms are private and have amazing linen. The ceiling fans made sleeping in the December/January heat no issue. We didn’t make use of the pizza oven, but can’t wait to on our next return. The covered outdoor eating area means you can enjoy the space no matter the weather. Plenty of space for a large group, or families.

Lakefront@Tyrolean HOUSE Waterfront

NikkiRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We stayed for Christmas 2024 and had a fabulous time. The house was amazing, in a great location and perfect for our multi-generational family. (Including people with limited mobility). The house included everything we needed, including all kitchen amenities, games, books and even a giant Jenga game. Lesa was a great host and we hope to be able to return again for a winter visit. I would highly recommend this home as a great place to stay for a visit in the Snowy Mountains region.

Heather’s accomodation was the perfect getaway for family Christmas! We enjoyed the surrounding lakes and water ways before retiring to the cozy open plan living within the house. We felt right at home at Heather’s and felt safe with our dog visiting as well. Highly recommend visiting and we will definitely be returning!

Great place to stay for a half way point between Melbourne and Sydney. Especially travelling with a dog. After a long drive it was awesome to have the gardens to walk around and pool to cool off . Plus the care takers were very responsive for any requests.

Had a family gathering at 6 Grey Mare Moonbah. The property was a perfect fit. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, the outdoor shed and lovely indoor spaces too. Great location for those of us doing a few local walking trails. Ample parking for all. Recommend Winterwood Lodge. Winterwood Lodge served us well.

Hillview Farmstay - Glamping Safari Tent (Cub)

KateRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed here with our 2 young children who upon arrival were immediately blown away by the friendly goats. We enjoyed 1 night glamping on our way up to Canberra from Melbourne. We cooked some local meat on our bbq while enjoying some local chardonnay. Meat and wine were all purchased through the accommodation and ready for us on arrival. The onsite manager, Donna, was ready for us the next morning at 8.30am to feed the animals and the children had a blast with Donna while learning all about farm animals. Thank you very much Donna - this will be a lasting memory for family.

Our stay at Snowy Accommodation's cabin was a delightful escape into tranquility. The cabin offered a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. The cozy interior welcomed us with warmth, creating a homey atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings showcased a thoughtful touch. The cabin was immaculately clean, and amenities were well-maintained. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views surrounding the cabin. Lampe House

KymRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Sabinas home was perfect, we had 4 adults, 1 child and a pup. The yard is 90% secure, we left our pup in a crate when we went to the snow and at night, just to have that piece of mind. The home is perfectly located, within walking distance to the local shop, but also far enough that there is hardly any traffic. The home is great, rooms are spacious, the common areas are all tiled, it is a great place to stay. From here to Selwyn is probably about 45mins or so, of beautiful scenery. A wonderful place to stay, and a really helpful host.

Rose Cottage - 2 bdrm on 5 acres

AnneliseRating, 5 stars4 months ago
My family stayed 5 nights during the peak of ski the season. Found the price quite reasonable for that time. Easy access to Jindabyne and the slopes. The house was really well set up and stocked with the basic food items for convenience. Nice touches such as a fireplace ready to light. Lots of wood. Cozy all round and comfortable beds. Loved the scenery and the landscape, also the trees and garden on property. Beautiful views. Couldn’t fault this place. Totally enjoyable stay.

Avonside Alpine Estate 1 - Jindabyne

XinyunRating, 5 stars28 months ago
Olivier always responds quickly to our questions. Easy communication. He gave a quick instructions on how to use the cabin when we arrived so a recommendation is to update your ETA with him. Though the place does not have aircon or heater, the cabin is hydronically heated and keeps the room temp warm even in cold winter. No need to worry about feeling cold indoor at all. The cabin is well-designed to be environmental friendly. We are glad to stay at a place like this. Highly recommended!!! The cabin is 20mins away from Jindabyne and about 40mins to the Perisher Valley. You can stop by Jindabyne for food/supplies, and all ski related rental stuff.

Bronte the Bus

EloiseRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a wonderful time staying in Bronte! With the ski season coming to an early end we decided to keep our booking and explore some of the scenery around Jindabyne. From Ryan’s place in East Jindabyne there are plenty of big walks that you can do heading down to and around the lake. Inside was so cosy and we made good use of the fireplace, everything was even more charming in person. It’s always so nice to bring our dog along and he was right at home. Ryan is a great host - thanks for having us!

Comara Jindabyne Unit 2

RachelRating, 5 stars4 months ago
For peak season Phillip's place was priced better than most in the area. The location was so close to restaurants and Woolies etc. The unit was cosy, beds comfy and lounge room a great size for all of us to relax. Phillip was very easy to deal with - when we return to the snow in a few years I will definitely see if it's available again.

The Bungalow (alpha centauri Townhouses)

RaviRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The accommodation at Alpha Centauri Bungalow Unit were excellent, offering ample space and well-equipped facilities. However, there is a concern regarding the WiFi, which seems to be accessible only on laptops and not detectable on mobile phones. It would be advisable for the owner to address this issue, considering the prevalence of mobile usage nowadays. Despite this, the property is otherwise impressive, and I look forward to revisiting in the winter.
