This is a great little apartment with everything you need. The hot tub was a lovely feature. We thoroughly enjoyed both of the charcuterie experiences that James provided. There are some fantastic hikes in the nearby area. Sultan is close enough to pop ito for groceries, ad there are a couple of local restaurants. James is a resposive and helpful host.

Cute, small, quiet loft with easy access to the beach, coffee, pizza, and ice cream. Will be back!

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

We had an amazing stay at the Little River House, and were blown away by the stunning riverfront views and the peaceful sounds of the Skykomish River in the background. The location is perfect! The house itself was spotless, and cozy. We spent hours playing yard games, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging by the river. Can’t wait to be back!

Had a great relaxing weekend here with some friends. Andrew and Zhilmil were always quick to respond to messages. The hot tub was nice and easily fit all 7 of us. The place was clean and looked as pictured. You can have up to two animals come along as well, but is just another $100 for extra cleaning fee. The karaoke and laser lights in the basement were fun too. There was a really comfy couch with a projector for movies. They also specify that you don’t need to do anything for checkout and that it would all be taken care of by the cleaners which was a nice touch. We had a great time playing games and barbecuing with a nice backdrop of the river, would definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are some cool hiking trails around the area too which we would have checked out if the weather was nicer during our stay

Overall an amazing stay! The house as a whole matched photos perfectly and each room was clean and cozy. There was plenty of room for our group of 16 and it was a bonus there was a larger room with two king beds and bean bags (also super comfy to sleep on), it’s perfect for the younger kids. Kitchen stocked VERY well with plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans. The view and proximity to the water was SUCH a bonus. Used the grill with no trouble and they have plenty beach towels, camp chairs, etc. Wish we could extend our short stay but also definitely bookmarked to come back. Parking id say was the only con - you can fit 3 cars in the driveway if you squeeze a bit and the parking map they sent is outdated and their neighbors have no parking signs now. Not a big deal, we had one person find parking. The bathroom tub could be a little cleaner and some of their dispensers for body wash and shampoo were out, but wasn’t anything bad!

Anne was very very helpful and had very clear instructions. We really appreciated the videos of how to use the hot tub and of the house rules The back yard was perfect for our animals Would highly recommend! We’d love to come back! :))

beautiful location! great for a weekend trip with some friends. lots of separate outdoor spaces, the heated patio is great. indoors is a bit small, it would have felt cramped if the weather was bad. fortunately it was beautiful!

Honestly, one of the best organized and set up Airbnb we have ever stayed out. It felt like everything you could need and more was available. Not only was the house clean and well organized but everything was labeled and easy to find. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful experience.

Alec was a super responsive host that really worked with this last minute to make our stay work. he really went above and beyond to make it happen. the property was so perfect. hot tub, hammocks, fireplace and hundred of feet of river front property a stones throw from the deck. can't recommend this place enough!
