Erin’s place was great, I’m from Tyler and was visiting home and it was the perfect spot for me my husband and our dog. She was great and worked with me on changing dates and any questions I had she was super quick to respond and be there to help. I would stay there again.

My son flew in from El Paso on Friday and graduated on Saturday morning at 9am The unit felt like home to us and we had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this home to you if you need a quiet cozy home away from home to enjoy relaxation and the city attractions. I was able to fix a home cooked meal, spend time with my family, and rest well. It was like a mini vacation getaway! Thanks for accommodating me for such a grand occasion!!

appliances felt very modern, large sitting areanfor a two bedroom, and the kitchen had a variety of spices on hand. plenty of off the street parking as well. hosts were incredibly good at communicating and responded quickly to any questions I asked. I needed a long term place to crash (working in the area for a couple months) I was too slowly in booking the cheaper option and it got booked for the first week. the hosts had additional options in the area and they were kind enough to match the price of their smaller option for a week. they're great to work with!

We will definitely use this location again for other horse shows!

Felt like home. The Master bedroom is massive, it has 4 single beds in the other two rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Aaron was gracious enough to let us check in early to get ready for a wedding. I rent this house again. If you do stay theres a great local restaurant down the road to eat at.

Was in Tyler for work, and my team and I had a great stay at Rebecca's place. The house was SPOTLESS and inviting. A very comfortable place to come back to after a long day. Rebecca was incredibly responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Barb’s place is absolutely wonderful! I truly cannot say enough nice things about this stay, it was exactly what we needed. Our travel out of state required us to be close to a local hospital there in Tyler, and from beginning to end, Barb was right there with us through every step of the way, and happy to pacify our every need. Barb truly has gone out of her way to make this place the epitome of comfort away from home, from the comfy beds, peaceful sitting area out back, to the small, special touches she leaves behind for you to find at your every whim, you truly can not go wrong staying at this precious little cottage! Barb makes it a priority to make you feel like you are the only person in the world, book this precious home today, don’t wait!!

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Perfect on all levels, from comfortable beds to unique rooms and adventure. We loved everything about this home and Angel and Louis are wonderful hosts. Would 100% recommend this place if you’re coming to Tyler.

Mia’s home was beautiful, clean, and we had lots of room for a family of 5. The host was very kind and responsive and the instructions were super easy to follow. We will be staying there again and highly recommend this home!

This was the perfect place for our large family! With two teenagers, fur babies, and my mom with us, the two separate houses made for the perfect stay. Aubrey was EXTREMELY helpful and if anything came up, she was responsive and handled everything quickly. This was an extremely stressful transition for our family but this air b&b made for the most peaceful stay while we combatted the stresses of moving across the country. Neighbors (though few and far between) are super kind and give that “welcome to the area” vibe! This is an old historical home that has cozy comfort needed for the escape we all want! Huge thanks to Aubrey for being so responsive and flexible! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of this place was definitely convenient to the location of our wedding venue. The amenities were very good and the fully stock spice cabinets if you plan to cook while staying. The host was very prompt to answering any questions.
