Family-friendly vacation rentals in Smith County

This was my second time staying at Tuscany Inn. The first time was a girls trip. I decided that one day I wanted to take my husband there also, and I finally did. We met up with friends there so we rented the Combo. The amenities offered on the property are outstanding. The option to purchase (amazing!) food on site or cook your own meals with a full kitchen & gas grill is a plus for me. The property is peaceful and wonderfully relaxing! We enjoyed visiting Burgess Falls (and Cummins Falls on the previous trip). I wish it was closer to us so we could visit more often. Thank you, Esther & Tamara for another enjoyable and memorable trip to Tennessee!

Very nice place to stay and lots of room! Very responsive when we had a small issue and was fixed within a hour!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Place is one of a kind, very private and great views. It’s an old structure with less interior lighting…. Other than that, we loved the stay.

The house was easy to get to and near town so it was easy to go get what we needed while we were here. The house was very clean and spacious. Sunrise on our last day was magical

Enjoyed a very tranquil weekend there. We are planning to return next year.

Melissa was extremely kind and easy to work with as we were in need of a safe haven to stay in as we’re in between homes ( sold our home and awaiting to live into our new home). The home is cozy with a homey essence in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We highly recommend this home and are very appreciative for the opportunity to stay here.💕

This was the second time we have stayed at this house in Murfreesboro. It is a big comfortable house very close to downtown. Easy to check in and very reasonable check out requirements. The house is quiet and feels safe. Some beautiful antiques in the house.

This place exceeded my expectations. Dan and Jo were so friendly and helpful. The "nest" felt exactly that way. The property is gorgeous. The miniature horses are adorable. I will return!

We had a wonderful stay at William's cabin while in town visiting friends in nearby Elmwood. We enjoyed the property location, privacy and serenity. Terry the caretaker was great and checked in with us to be sure all was good. We will definitely book again next time we are in town.

This is a nice home located near Middle Tennessee State University. You can relax on the back patio or take a walk in the local historic area. It is located near Nashville so you can spend the day in town then head to Murfreesboro to relax in this historic home. We had a mini family reunion retreat and it was perfect. Check out the games in the cabinet in the living room by the kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful log cabin! The view made it hard to leave. In fact, we agreed that it’s the best view in the area! A new screened-in deck was the perfect touch to this rental! The majority of our time was spent listening to nature and watching hummingbirds without any worries of the giant bugs of central Tennessee bothering us :) Dennis was one of the best hosts I’ve worked with. He was responsive and personable. It’s clear he loves this house and wants his guests to love it too!

Great Stay, especially for a short trip. Had so many small little things that made me appreciative like the included body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and contact lens solution. Downstairs neighbors were never noisy and felt like I had a great sense of privacy my whole stay. Amazing hosts.

Great location, perfect for hosting a few friends for dinner and some rounds of corn-hole!

We had a great stay at the Lakehouse! The home was clean, organized and obtained all the essentials. Would love to visit again soon!

We visited Granville in December for a little getaway before Christmas. The Mercantile was perfect! It was clean, neat and interesting with its eclectic decor. It is centrally located in this tiny storybook town. We hope to return for another stay.

This is a cozy space in a quiet area but near the highway so you’re never too far from what you need. The house was comfortable, clean, and everything was provided that you could ever think of needing. We really enjoyed our stay and the cute farm animals out back!
