Super cozy dike cottage. We were there in winter, so no use of the garden, but this one looked to relax in. Everything was clean and the decor cozy. A place to remember when we go to Zeeuws Vlaanderen again!

For the fraction management weekend, Students for Leiden travelled to this property for team building and to get the first preparations for the city council elections of 2026. This accommodation was ideal for that. Extensive tranquility, lots of privacy, and a well-insulated and sustainable accommodation offered the perfect environment to do a lot of work. The accommodation was very spacious, modern and clean. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful cottage. Recommended to rent or bring bikes due to just too long distance from the sea. Had a good time!

We stayed with Patrick for 4 days in his beautiful apartment The apartment is located directly on the dyke It's dirty, just the right place for a couple with a dog The property is completely fenced, so you can let your dog run free We will come back at some point Manuela, Martin and Lucy (dog)

We really enjoyed our Christmas week in Breskens. The walks to the beach, the nature domain, trips to Vlissingen, Sluis,... We had time too short, a wonderful stay in all seasons! The house itself is very warm, comfortable and cozy. We felt welcome, thank you so much for the welcoming owner and his aunt!

Anneke who is the actual Owner behind the Little barn is super friendly and caring and you feel very welcome on the little farm. Perfect to stay with kids (stairs are secured, TrippTrapp available) with a well equipped kitchen, a nice garden and most importantly comfortable beds!

Very nice cottage with a great garden. Very suitable for a stay with kids. We had super nice weather so the kids enjoyed the slide and pool. Near the beach of Breskens and of Groede Podium. We will definitely return!

Kitchen is very well equipped, so that the microwave has a grill function almost does not notice that an oven is missing. The location with the access to the beach is perfect, also the house is just as beautiful as in the pictures. With five adults, the bunk beds upstairs are of course not optimal.

Our stay in Breskens was very nice. The property is quietly located and offers many opportunities to explore the surroundings on foot or by bike. In the village there is a bike rental, many snacks and restaurants, a souvenir shop, and a grocery store - if you have forgotten something, you can get everything. The accommodation itself is small and rustic, and is adequately equipped. The absolute highlight for us was the garden and the covered terrace with fireplace. Monique was a friendly host who was quick to respond to messages.

A very nice house, located in centrum with all you may need nearby (bakery, restaurants, supermarket…), and few minutes to the beach with bicycle. It’s perfect for families wilt kids. Hannah is very kind and warm welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the welcome gifts we found on the table 😀. I recommend.

Cute vacation home We stayed with 4 people in the house for a week and felt very comfortable. All rooms (except for the somewhat narrow toilet) were sufficiently large and well equipped. The beach is best reached by car (we always found a parking space directly on the dyke foot). Shopping facilities are easily accessible (by car). Excursions to Sluis, Knocke Heist or Antwerp are suitable in case of bad weather. The terrace and arbor are great for relaxing and dining. Overall recommended.

Very nice place, spacious, clean! The cottage is pleasantly decorated, everything is well maintained! It was a lovely stay! I would recommend it to anyone! Contact with Ann and Wim was also very pleasant! Responded promptly and always kindly!
