Stay was good, place was clean. Slight difficulty checking in at night as the security guard's english is limited and my melayu is limited. But overall ok!

This is the second time we stay here. The house is clean and cosy. It made us feel like home. We love the beautiful view from the high ceiling windows. Shirley is helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Nice place, able to see swimming pool from homestay. my kids enjoy swimming pool there. have library & kids room too. under the place there is indoor playground in Beletime mall. as long as my kids happy, as parents we are happy too.

We had a lot of fun at our weekend getaway here! Place was exactly as described down to the xbox (which we sadly had no time to play). Very large and spacious, super clean especially the floor, host also thoughtfully provided a water filter so we could drink from the tap. We liked that the balcony was large enough to chill out in, and the view is AMAZING especially at sunset! Getting parked for the first time can be a bit confusing so I'm grateful for the very detailed video guide provided for checking in <3 We also had a small mishap where we locked ourselves out and our hosts were very helpful and ultra responsive. Thank you so much for helping make our trip enjoyable!

Fantastic apartment, clean and compact. The location is excellent, with easy and direct access to the Paradigm mall. Check in was easy and the host answered all my queries within a few minutes! Loved the games room in the condo, with the air hockey, foosball table and table tennis table. Thank you for being so responsive and also for the complimentary snacks!

I had a wonderful 9-night stay at this Airbnb. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap, which added to the convenience. The host was highly responsive both before and after my stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. I would like to suggest adding a boiling pan to the kitchen for added convenience. Highly recommended!

Arale's home stay is very good for anyone planning for a longer duration. Kitchen facility is very good. The host is very supportive. She keeps all the required basic amenities for cooking purpose. It feels like at home. I would definitely visit again if planning for mount austin. I will 100% recommend this place for stay at mount austin.

place is amazing would definitely come again. there was an issue with the check in due to the cleaner timing but host gave me a partial refund without even asking and allowed me to check out later. overall an amazing experience. my kid didn't want to leave the staycation. FYI 2 days 1 night is not enough for the kids to have fun! should book longer next time I go over.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the decor created a nice, relaxing ambiance. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi. It was such a hit with the kids—they absolutely loved it! We spent a lot of time relaxing there, and it added a fun, luxurious touch to our stay. After a long day of exploring the area, it was the perfect way to unwind. The host was also very responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. They provided clear instructions and were available for any questions, which made us feel well taken care of. Great host with great hospitality, place was well kept & clean. Amenities were well provided & location of the place was peaceful & serene with overlooking the Puteri Harbour area. It was our first trip to JB/Legoland and we decided to stay at this unit with (almost) a sea view. We had a nice experience. Will stay here even the next time.

I recently stayed for 2 nights here and it was clean and nice. Lisa was friendly and responsive to my questions right away. However, one inconvenient aspect was the lifts. There are 4 lifts in the building, but only 2 were operational, which led us to wait about 30 minutes to go up each time, including on the last day when checking out. I even had to walk down around 8 floors to catch the lift because it never come up to my floor for very long which I do not know the reason why. While this isn't the fault of the owner, I think it's worth noting for those planning to stay at this building, especially during peak season. Other than this, I have nothing to say about. Everything was good, especially the location. It is connected to KSL mall with the full of restaurants, nail salons, massage, and shops. I would recommend this place to anyone who fancy the convenience the most in trip, but you want to check again if the lifts are working fine before confirming your stay.

It was a great place - both the unit and the location. A spacious unit for our little one to roam and quite child safe. The pool and children room were great to entertain our LO too. The carpark was bright and clean. 5 lifts so not much waiting. The location of the condo was ideal as it’s at a quiet area with supermarket and convenience store just downstairs. The security of the condo is great too. Perhaps the only inconvenience is the walk from unit to carpark where we need to change lift lobby. Thanks for providing such a great place and being so helpful throughout our stay!

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.
