The Airbnb was impeccable - industrial chic, clean, and well thought out (he even supplied cooking oil, salt, and pepper!). The place is a walking distance to Tallows and a 30 min walk or 10 min bike to the town. 1 bike was unfortunately broken but Damien provided a spare while waiting for a new bike! The magnesium pool is an extra bonus after surfing. Damien and his family live upstairs, and are extremely respectful / always check in if they want to use the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

We love Cabarita Beach and have stayed at the Beach Resort a number of times - but this time, was the best all because of this apartment. As soon as you open the door, you are immediately drawn in by the amazing view of the beach and ocean. The apartment itself has been updated and makes this stay feel luxurious and very special. Access to the pools is just a few steps one way while access to the most beautiful beach is just a few steps the other way. Our property manager Ian was super friendly and always available by phone. A well spent day in Lennox… starting with a morning coffee at Shelley Beach then a wander around the Bangalow markets and an afternoon dip in the ocean surrounded by fish and sea wildlife. We lazed around the pool before heading out for dinner and my partners comment summed up our stay ‘I’d stay again in a heartbeat, it’s like a resort!’.

Beautiful place in an amazing location. The toiletries that were left were lovely. Kitchen is well equipped. Couldn't have asked for anything more! We had such an amazing stay-thank you so much. P.s we loved the rocky road you left for us!

Loved this little apartment! My sister and I stayed for Christmas! Such a clean, cosy space in the most perfect location! Gorgeous resort with access to two fab pools, also located right beside the beach! Leah was a wonderful host, easy check in and answered any questions we had promptly! Lovely homely, friendly vibes! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was beautifully designed. The living room was spacious and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day of competing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our 3 days stay. The bedrooms were equally comfortable. One of the standout features was the beautiful large balcony which accommodated all our guests. Overall, this property was absolutely perfect for our trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Camille and Gerard couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool filter wasn’t working and when raising with Camille it was dealt with immediately. The place was spacious and great for a family holiday.

Jan is a fabulous host - generous, thoughtful and very easy-going. I needed her help a couple of times and she was extremely understanding responsive and flexible. I stayed in this flat last summer and enjoyed it so much I came back. It's as good as it was then. Jan is having some work done on cooling, which would help on very warm days. If you're planning on cooking for yourself, just be aware that the fridge is bar-fridge size with a freezer slot that struggles. The verandah overlooks a gorgeous tropical garden & is a lovely place to sit & eat but isn't useable when it rains - in a storm, everything on the verandah will get soaked. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The location is fantastic, very quiet & literally only a few steps from the beach. I'll be back next summer I hope.

Trudy and Gary’s place was hands down the most spotless Airbnb we have stayed in. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Everything felt very fresh and new. They were responsive and friendly. It was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Lots of nice little touches on arrival as well. Highly recommend.

A+. We walked to beach and got coffee & food on way there or back. Kids played in pool when not at beach. Outdoor lounge furniture and table we’d eat at or play cards. Ice cold AC unit 🙌. Huge master bedroom. 2 other normal sized bedrooms. We cooked dinner many nights (stayed for 5) and had necessary everything. The coolest little community natural grocery store 2 blocks away. Really lovely place - my family had a blast.

Very disappointed that we had to pack up this morning for our journey home. Where do we start the kitchen was very well appointed plenty of china, cutlery and saucepans The bed rooms very comfortable & spacious and some with lovely views. The rear deck was very comfortable and a great view of the pristine pool and grassy area .the twin garage became a monster playroom for our 5 children as there was an abundance of toy for them all including the books. The larger washing machine was great also the dryer. There was a small external maintenance problem after the storm during the night , Jennifer was prompt to reply and corresponded with us with the information as to tradesman coming ,Jennifer also informed us of the pool cleaner and the lawns to be mowed . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house and pool a very well appointed home an excellent host in Jennifer and can’t say enough of the overall better than excellent presentation of this property. Hopefully return another time Thanks

Incredible house, incredible location, we LOVED everything about it. There are so many amazing features that aren’t even mentioned in the listing. The pool was in such a perfect location, in the sun all day but with shade at the end for parents watching over kids. There was a shelf at the end which was perfect for little ones that aren’t confident at swimming yet. Dani was a friendly and attentive host and all her tips were absolutely spot on. We have already booked again for next year!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. We could walk to the beach, Cafe and resturant. All basics in the kitchen were provided and a bottle of sparkling wine!

Beautiful accommodation with a lovely outlook and whilst the accommodation is attached to the main house, it is very peaceful and private. The interior is well designed and beautifully styled and Kristan has thought about all the little details that you may need during your stay. There was a huge storm when we there and lightning took out all the power but within minutes Kristan appeared with camping lights for us. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Therese was a wonderful host always on hand and responsive to any queries with a really friendly manner. The house was spotless and homely, perfect for our Christmas getaway. So close to Byron and all the amenities I can’t recommend this little gem of a place enough. Hope to return soon! X
