Gorgeous villa, the villa is even more impressive than the photos and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. I was also in this beautiful villa a couple of years ago. It's beautifully refurbished. The bathroom has been completely renovated with shower and jacuzzi. The beds and mattresses are all newly equipped with high quality mattresses. We slept wonderfully. The house was super clean. Your gardener is very lent and helpful. Next time we will definitely come back. Your lounge sofas in the garden are also great! Your garden remains a delight and relaxing.

My stay was simply exceptional. The accommodation was a short walk from the sea, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. The soothing sound of the waves was constant background music, making the place all the more peaceful. But what really made this stay unforgettable is the exceptional service offered by El houssein. Always ready to help, he made my stay as comfortable as possible. A five star experience!

Very good stay at this place where everything is available... Tranquility assured, multitudes of activities and the plus go to the beach on foot, not to mention the pool... Very, very large and spacious apartment with two suites and several bedrooms. The waterfront location is exceptional and the facilities on the terrace (hot tub , pool , paddle board and canoe) make the stay memorable. However, and this is not related to the house, Bouznika beach is very busy in August and plagiarists do not pick up their trash. That didn't stop us from having a great stay!

We had an excellent stay . It is a wonderful property in front of the sea with direct access to the beach . The house has a marvelous sea view . Very nice staff , good cooking and cleaning . Swimming pool with sea water . We highly recommend .

Hakim is a very helpful host and he is trying his best to please his guests. He can resolve any issue. The villa is guarded and your belongings will be supervised. There is enough space for two cars and you can park a few more if you want. The house has two women who cook breakfast and clean the house, as well as make tea and coffee on demand. The house has a large common area and plenty of space to sit with a cup of tea. The pool is clean, but we didn't use it because December is a month and the water in it is cold. At night it is very quiet. Near the villa there is access to the embankment and you can walk along it for several kilometers (if you want to walk). The rooms are large, spacious. A couple of bedrooms overlooking the ocean. The house has several bathrooms and toilets. We were 8 people and did not experience any discomfort. There are billiards, kicker and other games. Everything is as written in the listing.

The villa is right on the water with a beautiful view morning and night. Fab is an amazing host and was pleasant to deal with throughout our stay. He provided all the necessities to host my big family. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a couple of meals while we were there. The neighborhood is super quiet. There are neighbors but you won’t hear them. The backyard was super green with a big trampoline for the kids to play. The front porch had a big table in addition to 2 other big tables inside the living room and the backyard. Very convenient to eat wherever pleased without having to move anything. Each room had its own bathroom and the layout was so inviting. This is not your typical boring looking villa you’ll find around the neighborhood. I will definitely book this again next time I am staying in the area

I want to highlight the professionalism and courtesy of the hosts, who have deeply impressed me. My stay was extremely pleasant, to the point that I felt at home.
