It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. We absolutely loved Buena Vista Lake House. Some highlights that we loved were the lake views, the awesome deck and furniture for hanging out and eating, provided kayaks & paddleboards, fire pit, cozy living room furniture, 5-star bed and bathroom linens, squeaky-clean bathrooms and kitchen. Party & Gord were the best hosts! Attentive, helpful, friendly, & kind. HIGHLY recommend staying here. I have a feeling we’ll be back!

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

We booked this home after changing our trip dates and losing the original house we rented. Boy, was it worth it!! The home is Beautiful! The views, natural light, huge master bathroom, and the most comfortable couch were just some of our favorite things. One of the bedrooms had kids' books and toys, and it was perfect for our 4-year-old daughter. The owners' communication with us was at its best! We look forward to returning next year!

We keep returning to this rental because it is so beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can imagine to cook a large meal or a BBQ. The bedrooms have so much room for large groups. The best part is the gorgeous lake view from the back patio and master bedroom balcony. Thanks for a terrific, relaxing vacation!

We had a great time staying at The Buttonwood! Absolutely gorgeous views and the dock was perfect for watching the sunrise over the lake. Our girls trip was amazing with all of the wineries nearby and hiking in Watkins Glen. The home itself was lovely with plenty of natural light and cozy sleeping areas. Would definitely visit again next time we come to the area, which is an absolutely must! The fall was beautiful but now we need to check it out in the summer!! Thanks so much for hosting us!!

This is a beautiful home and Robyn goes over and beyond to make it home away from home. Love the comfy of the house. Beautiful handmade quilts were such a surprise! There was a list of all the local areas for food, drinks ect. We were there for an event at Watkins Glen and it wasn't but roughly 23 minutes give or take, from the track which was a great plus! Lots of wineries and food along the way. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Robyn!

Beautiful home and location! The home sits right on Tully lake and the view is perfect. The hosts are very thoughtful, responsive, and keep the home in pristine condition! Just returned from our 4th visit to Jill and Mario’s absolutely beautiful house, and had another fabulous experience! Three things really stand out. First, the view of the lake and backyard is stunning. Second, the house is immaculate. And third, it is very thoughtfully well-stocked with necessities and kitchen items. We loved kayaking and enjoyed a fire and making s’mores out back. Jill and Mario are great hosts!
