Very nice house located a two minute walk from Lake Leman. Ideal for visiting the area. Sylviane and her husband were very welcoming and responsive.

our first impression was that the house was even better than the pictures. we liked the layout and we had plenty of sleeping and living space. It is a short walk to the lake and about 15 minutes walk to town. We loved the location for our Xmas holiday and we visited Xmas markets and ski slopes and the Chateau du Menthon plus Annecy and some recommended restaurants.. Danny and Caro's instructions, responsiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness were wonderful. The house is very clean with all the amenities we needed. Thank you.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our family truly enjoyed every aspect of this property—from the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen, where we could easily prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. The outdoor area was a highlight for us! Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a peaceful view or spending quality time together in the evenings, the setting was just perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We had a pleasant time quiet and warm in this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were proximity to commerce and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Great week spent at the small lake loft. The apartment was perfect, in an amazing setting, we wish we could have stayed longer. In addition, Manda had prepared a large list of very useful tips (walks, hikes, restaurants). I can only recommend it!

Great place! Extremely clean, functional, spacious and very well-equipped with magnificent lake views. Benoit cares about the well-being of his guests and leaves a lot of things available in his home to make you feel at home. Bernex and Thollon les memises ski resort about a 25-minute drive from the property. Nearby bakery and Petit Casino nearby. Switzerland right next door, Montreux to visit absolutely 25 minutes by car! In short, well located. Very quiet neighborhood and uncrowded out of season. The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

We came for a family winter vacation. The host communication was outstanding. Ruth’s apartment was as spectacular as on the picture. Beautiful view, convenient location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Montreux it self was a little quieter than we hoped for a New Year celebration, but train station is within a few minutes walk and we took wonderful trips to Gstaad for skiing, Lausanne and Vevey. I have to also mentioned that Samantha was extremely helpful and responsive. We felt welcomed and supported in every way. We hope to comeback in the summer - Thank you !

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.
