Vacation rentals with beach access in Sirmione

Michael was very helpful and responsive to our queries. We were offered several car parking options. The location is fantastic with a view of the lake and just a short walk to some excellent restaurants and the marina for tours to other towns on Lake Garda. The accommodation is very modern and has all the facilities you could require. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. (No drier, but a drying rack available.) Very quiet due to double glazing. Comfortable.

The apartment is really totally nice and clean, we felt very comfortable. We were there with our 2 year old child, the location is perfect for that. We benefited a lot from the pool! Giuseppe was a great host and takes great care.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at Giuseppe’s place. The condo is right on the lake and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Photos do not do it justice. There are several restaurants within walking distance and lots to see and do. Giuseppe was very accommodating and was great with communication. He even provided a list of recommendations in Venice as that’s where we were headed next. Would definitely stay here again - amazing time.

The apartment is great and ideally located, it was very cozy and welcoming. Both Monica & Paolo care a lot about their guests – starting from the perfect guidance about Sirmione even before the trip, to fast, helpful and comfortable communication in case of any question or comment from our side. The view is amazing! We would love to get back someday to enjoy it again.

Beautiful apartment directly on the sea. In walking distance to Gargnano. The host is very friendly and communication easy. We spent some days in this peaceful atmosphere. Everything was better than expected and the pictures are accurate. Especially the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our time here and will be back.

What a beautiful spot! The views are even more beautiful than in the pictures! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend!

Nike was the perfect host, giving us good recommendations and clear instructions about how to use the flat. The flat itself is a perfect base for exploring Desenzano. Good location and everything you might need inside.

The view from the balcony and the garden with pool is a dream. The garden is completely unfenced, so our dog could feel completely comfortable here and could romp around without hesitation. Marta is a super sweet and accommodating hostess. She always responded very quickly, gave us valuable tips and fulfilled every issue. The location is great, in 5 minutes' walk you are on the promenade and many larger cities are nearby. The house is equipped with everything needed. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

It was a successful stay. Good location, quiet and close to the beach and city center. Two parking spaces and plenty of space for our group of six. Two terraces were a big plus, depending on the time of day there was always shade on one. Friendly and helpful host. The downside is the lack of air conditioning and/or mosquito nets to open the terrace door in the evening without worrying about mosquitoes.

A super great Airbnb. We were as a small family with my mom and our twins (7 months). It was all very practically furnished and you had lots of space. Everything was very easy to reach on foot and with our stroller (: Alessandra was incredibly nice ! It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the city with restaurants/ice cream parlors/beach etc. Also here we never had any problems with the stroller or in general with children. They were always very friendly. The Airbnb is perfect for families, great location and yet very quiet, great starting point for excursions.

The photos don’t do Susanna’s place justice, much bigger than we expected. Lovely pool and grounds, plenty of places to sit around the villa, never had a problem sharing the pool, the other guests were lovely. Fabulous host, very responsive. Great location to explore the Lake and a nice short drive from Verona airport.

Really quiet place, very well cared for, just a few minutes from Lake Garda. The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the garden is fantastic and fenced, perfect for those with dogs. Mauro is very kind, he waited for us a bottle of excellent prosecco and also gave us a bottle of local olive oil, the best we ever tasted. He was always available for us, asking if we needed anything or giving us tips on local things. We definitely want to go back there the next time we return to that region.

We loved the charming house, the garden, the location. We could do everything on foot, go to the restaurant, the couses, the beach. Stefania gave us lots of tips that we really appreciated. She was always reachable if needed.

Everything was great. Location, apartment, hostess. After a personal welcome, we were able to use both swimming pool and direct access to the lake. Our very early departure was also no problem, Paola just left us a key box. So great recommendation!

We had a great time at Diana s place. we originally booked a different apartment but due to some building works she proposed another of her property.. We agreed for a swap and wasn't disappointed. She personally helped us check in and gave a quick tour of all the amenities.. The place wasnt big but sufficient for our need.. The town it self was really good and loads of good restaurants with some amazing views..I strongly recommend the place... She has designed the place quite artistically..

The apartment was great and Campione is a special place with all amenities no more than a couple of minutes away. We will definitely return another time.

Marta and her daughter were always available if there were any questions or the like. We would love to book the apartment again at any time.

Erika's apartment is simply a feel-good oasis. We stayed 10 nights here and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, is really equipped down to the last detail and the location is fantastic. Lake Garda and great restaurants and bars can be reached in 20 meters. The private and separate garden area is great. You feel like you have your own little cottage in Italy. Erika and her mom welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us superbly. We can recommend this apartment and the location. We are 2 adults, 3 children (4,10,15) and one dog. Thank you Erika

We were greeted very well upon arrival. Hosts were thoughtful and available throughout the entire stay. The apartment is well represented in the photos. Both bedrooms have screens, a balcony, and ample storage. The kitchen contains all the equipment you may need for cooking. The neighborhood was very quiet at the end of October. We really enjoyed the walk along the lake right next to the apartment.

Flat was spotless clean and very nicely furnished could stay there a long time
