Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Siquijor

We had a great stay. The area was superb with Lantaw Native Resto just across, Mang Kaloy and Tejeros Ice cream just a few steps away. The area is very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were great! Almost complete amenities. There were no toothbrush and toothpaste, and the shampoo/conditioner was not enough for 4 days. No slippers too. The bathroom was simple but the hot/cold shower was absolutely easy to use. Refrigerator was huge enough. There were a few bottles of water but there was no water jug. We could not buy a gallon of water due to that, we had to settle for 1.5 Liters at the most. TV was great with Netflix, Prime & Youtube. Wifi was perfect! There was a pool but we did not use it. Clock was not working. Cooking essentials are complete, they even have condiments and cooking oil. Sofa was great for relaxation. Not a fan of the stools, my back hurts when I sit too long without backrest. Would I recommend this? DEFINITELY! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We only stayed for a night, but it was a really nice place so I could have stayed for longer. Convenient location, comfortable furniture, and spotless.

Host let us in early and stay a little late! Miguel's mom was great .. she met us, gifted us cinnamon buns, and took us to the ferry terminal too! Great to have a washing machine. Use the navigation from Airbnb, do NOT copy the address to another app, Google maps took us to the wrong place!

Jo’s accommodations made my first visit to the Philippines more enjoyable and peaceful. Upon arrival , the easy checkin instructions, help from staff on premises and Joy’s clean/inviting condo, we knew the right choice was made to stay at the Marina. Thank you!

I love Jun Marcial’s place! We originally planned to stay for just 2 days, but we couldn’t resist extending. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the trees. While the couches and chairs had some stains, everything else was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the basic equipment, which I loved since I enjoy cooking. I felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. But, checking in was a bit frustrating. Every time we checked in, the guard would question us ! even though he was the same guard each time! I understand they’re just following protocol, but it felt unnecessary. There was also one instance where I was carrying five heavy bags, I asked the guard if he could help me carry it to the elevator and he just watched me struggle. Thankfully, a group of network guys noticed and helped me. I suppose the guards’ behavior isn’t something the host can control. Aside from that, We loved the place! Will come back soon, hopefully with friendlier guards!

We had a great experience staying at Nellie’s! The hosts (Ms. Nellie and Sir Harry) were very kind, helpful and responsive. Sir Harry was with us during check-in and we were properly oriented about the unit and our surroundings. They were also easy to contact with when needed. The unit itself was spotless clean upon check-in and it was just as described in their post! There were many amenities at the condo and the free parking was a bonus for us. Overall, we were able to rest well in their unit. The only hope we had was for a microwave as we did have some leftovers from eating out on our first night. Hehe! But that’s okay, we’ll definitely book their unit again in the future and will recommend them to our family/friends if they plan on going to Dumaguete. We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!
