Vacation rentals with beach access in Sion Farm

Absolutely loved staying here. The view was even better than we expected! Hopefully back again next year !

Great first stop stay for our St Croix visit.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions in detail and were kind enough to meet us in person at check-in. To our surprise, they even prepared a large bowl of fresh fruit for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was spacious, very clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The best part? Just a short walk, and we were right at the beach! We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

PERFECT, is the only way to describe our experience at the "Blue Rooster"! We have never had a more pleasant host in all of our travels, Danica was a cut above the rest. The location was very close to Christiansted for restaurants and nightlife yet extremely quiet and peaceful when returning in the evening. I don't need to describe every detail because everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. We spent two weeks on the island exploring in our rental car and this was an ideal location to easily get to wherever we wanted to go. I cannot recommend this place enough for any trip to St. Croix, and there is no doubt we will stay there again.

The view is a huge plus! You are so close to the water you can lay back in their chaise lounge's and enjoy the peaceful tranquility!

quiet, beachfront location (best beach out of all the condos nearby), Leslie had everything we needed for our stay. The refrigerator was a little warm and feezer was slow to freeze items at times, but overall we are extremely happy with the experience. Would definitely come back here to stay if coming back to St Croix.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the condo. The pool was nice and the beach was nice for walking (less so for swimming due to the coral). Good snorkeling at nearby Palms beach. Condo is very spacious and the balcony off the master had a lot of natural light.

Sion was one of our most favorite ocean front properties. Everything was perfect. There were 3 large TVs in the unit which didn't even get used since the ocean waves were our daily entertainment. Also, we thought we were going to be uncomfortable in the unit with 75 degree temp setting but it was fine. The bedding was the just right amount of weight on our bodies where we didn't go in and out of the sheets often. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices for those who want to cook and even alcohol was available from previous guests. We added our left over Bombay Sapphire Gin to the unit's collection. The pool was large and not super chlorinated which made it very swimmable even though we thought it was a bit cool. The only recommendation if any would be to have the outdoor bedroom window cleaned before every check-in due to the salt spray. But we are not complaining since the view was fantastic. Thanks so much!!!! Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful location with fantastic views of the waves and water. Peaceful, comfortable, beachy house with lots of room and plenty of space to relax. Outdoor area and pool was terrific with loads of chairs, tables, and lounges. Would definitely recommend for a get- away holiday.

I was very impressed with the house and really loved the location and it's quietness.

This is a little slice of Paradise! Toes in the Sand's views are breathtaking and the sound of the crashing surf is therapeutic. Breezy living and sleeping spaces are matched with an outdoor area designed for sun worship. The pool was impossibly cold, but our two lady travelers found their way in. The pool temperature was truly the only nit we had to pick! Kinda centrally located on the island, we spent time on all four 'coasts.' Sampled several dining options around the island and found them all worthy for at least one offering. One fellow traveler called our time 'the trop of a lifetime. ' He was correct! Stunning. Beautiful. Memorable.

We stayed in the house for about a week and had the loveliest time. Easy access to Christiansted, back patios with spectacular views of the ocean and close enough to hear the surf roar, easy access to a fun beach to explore, a shaded courtyard with a frog pond, comfortable rooms, and hosts that clearly care about their guests ... it's a location and space that was comfortable and welcoming. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Several of us commented that this was our best tropical vacation ever—and we’ve travelled a lot. The property is unique and special and we had it all to ourselves. Amazing. This is a place one can relax deeply, allow reality to slip sideways and ebb away. We spent mornings and evening on the beach at the cabana and the rest of the time at the pool. For adventures, we fished for our dinners and followed up with kayaking to the impressive bioluminescent bay. I recommend booking a professional tour if you feel at all unsure; I got lost in the dark trying to find my way home. The house is spacious and features beautiful antiques in the common rooms. I could wish for more luxurious bathrooms: the house is a bit dated and rustic. If you’re ok with that vibe, then you won’t mind. We enjoyed the privacy and solitude and time together as family. Finally, the history of this particular bay is fabulously interesting.

Host was ultra fast with responses. Everything was as expected but the host was super helpful with local recommendations and any other issues. St. Croix is notorious for power outages and we did experience one while we were there. Local utility company came out right away and it was addressed within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend. It was like staying at your friends place and we enjoyed having access to the different streaming services and internet/wifi. Can't wait to go back.

Smitty meet us at the airport and give clear instructions on how to enter the the gated condominium and our unit. unfortunately we used gps location from air b and b listing and arrived a mile away. A call to Smitty quickly got us the correct location. Smitty followed up several times to make sure we enjoyed our stay. As for the unit the listing did not fully describe all the amenities. There were beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment for our use. Our private balcony with views of the pool and ocean was excellent. Although not new the unit was clean and an exceptional value. We would definitely stay there again

Condo was less than 10 minute drive from downtown. We'll stocked kitchen, comfy bed, plenty of beach & pool towels. Had great recommendations and instructions, though they do need to be updated. Wifi was a little spotty and no apps are signed in to the TVs.

Do yourself a favor and book this place right away. Where to begin? CeeCee's place truly feels like paradise, with glorious waves cresting gently just feet away from the beautiful balcony. Inside the impeccably clean unit, there's anything you could need for a peaceful retreat or adventurous foray in St. Croix, from ample linens and kitchenware to games and supplies for a fun day at the beach. The unit is spacious, true to the pictures and everything works as described. Location-wise, it is right on the water and an easy drive to many top spots in St. Croix. The pool next to the ocean is another awesome perk. CeeCee and Dee were amazing hosts, offering helpful suggestions, clear instructions and kind accommodations. When my group accidentally broke a couple things in the unit, CeeCee and Dee were incredibly understanding. I have traveled multiple times to St. Croix and nothing beats this wonderfully appointed place. I hope to come back soon!

The condo was nicely updated and very clean. We had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view from the balcony. Enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning. Gina was a great host.
