Great location. Included very well provided cleaning service. Good amenities, large rooms. Excelente vista para o mar. The issue of the daily rate is related to the New Year's Eve period, which is one of the most expensive of the year, considered high season. I recommend this property.

We had a great couple of days here, Patricia is a great host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even in a big resort like this. This place is a lot of bang for your buck. The room is bigger than it looks in the photos, my kids loved the merphy beds. We were 4 and didn't feel crowded. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking. Notice that if you want to use the gym you'd have to arrange it in advance it's not that straightforward, this is a huge place, we didn't use the resort's beach but it looked nice, we used the pool once- it's very big, it wasn't heated at all but I'm not sure if other places won't also have the same. We had a car and explored some beaches. Simpsons Bay wasn't my cup of tea, but that's because it was packed with people so I guess a lot of people do enjoy it.

This is a great place to stay! Location is amazing! On the beach with lots of bars, lots of restaurants, grocery store nearby, etc. The room has everything you need. Amazing view! AC, warm water, internet and power were consistent. Kitchen had everything you needed including pots and utensils. A separate bedroom with another AC unit and tv. Cleaning service everyday and the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and polite. Beach towels and chair service available. The host and staff at the hotel were very helpful, professional and made our stay even better!We will definitely be back!

Very convenient location for French side of island, ie. Orient Bay and all of its restaurants. Club beach and pool are both lovely and very close. Entire condo is well appointed and very large. Master suite is so big that it could easily handle a single cot in "dressing room". Kitchen has everything you need, towels replaced daily, and beach towels may be swapped out every day at front desk.

We had an amazing time here! Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable (and cleaned to perfection everyday while we were out exploring), the beach is beautiful and there are so many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. They also safely stored our luggage after we checked out (as we were moving to another air bnb on the island and couldn’t check in until 3pm) which was so nice and helpful! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Kenrick was very helpful by hosting my boy (19) for one night. Due to delayed airplane, he was not able to catch his connecting flight to St. Barth. It was a last minute reservation and Kenrick was very fast in answering all my questions. He helped concerning taxi and even proposed to take him to watch a basketball game in the evening. Very kind. The price was very good for a clean , spacious room in a save surrounding. I recommend this place to everybody if they got blocked for one night in St. Martin.

We stayed here for five nights in the beginning of February and should have stayed longer. When we arrived, late and tired with two small kids under two years old, we found the crib/ pack & play we had requested for the 3-month-old wasn’t there. The friendly staff went out of their way to acquire one from a sister property on the other side of the island. The location is perfect- right on the boardwalk and beach with an infinity pool as well! After the first day, my 23-month-old daughter was calling it “home.” We would definitely stay here again!
