We were able to celebrate the grandfather's 70th birthday with our family in Waterloo. The house offers super much comfort and you are close to Brussels and the lion of waterloo! recommended!

We were so pleased with our stay! Naja and Juan Pedro were communicative and helpful hosts. The house offered plenty of space for three couples and one 4-year-old and was centrally located to take day trips across all of Belgium. The kitchen was extremely well appointed for home cooking. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Would book again!

Extremely well-kept property with very nice degree of finishing. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal as a base for the center of Brussels but also for the tranquility of the Ter Kamerenbos. Our children also had a great time in the house. Top stay

This must be the most amazing Airbnb that I have stayed in! It is an absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need. Well stocked, clean, homely and very nicely decorated for it to feel at home. The location was fantastic too and easy to get around. The apartment is beautiful, and the building a well preserved architectural landmark. Eugenie is extremely responsible and allowed us an early check in. The only thing to mention—though they are quite clear about it—is that access from living area to two of the bedrooms requires either (i) going through the bathroom and the master bedroom or (ii) walking out of the apartment into the common areas. This should not a big problem for most people but makes the apartment more suitable for travelers who know each other well.

Chloé was a really lovely host and made me feel very welcome at check in. The studio is a little home from home and has everything you need for a short stay from home. I always have concerns about sofa beds, but this one is the best one I've stayed in, but far! Location was ideal for me, just 10 minutes from work and I will likely stay again in the future.

Fantastic stay at Alexandre's house. From the beginning, I quickly answer all our questions. Everything was very clear. Both the house and the location perfectly matched what was advertised. We felt right at home. Alexandre is a great host. The house has a very good location for excursions to other cities such as Ghent, Brujas or Amsterdam. We will definitely be back in the same house. We loved James place! James was a responsive host and left clear instructions for check in. The restaurant below was super helpful and friendly with getting us checked in. We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and thought it was even better than photos! Very spacious living area with windows overlooking the lively street down below. LOCATION was perfect! So walkable to all the main areas and even if you did need transportation there was a stop barely a block away. Thank you James for the hospitality! We hope to be back in the future. :) *Of note: other reviews mention the smell of cigarettes being super noticeable. Hallway does smell of cigarettes from neighbors but the apartment itself was very mild. I consider myself very sensitive to this smell and it did not bother me.

Because the house is located on a dead-end street, you will not be bothered by traffic. We had wonderful weather and were therefore able to optimally enjoy the large garden and pool. Especially the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Brussels, so ideal for a day out

Considering the language difference the communication was very good via AirBnb messages and Whats App. House was easy to find and it had a very homely feeling to it with plenty of space and a nice garden for some fresh air. Only 20 mins drive to centre of Brussels so was perfect for our break

Amazing house just outside of Brussels city center. The hosts were amazing and so kind; sweet bread, some drinks, firewood cut, all on our arrival. Above and beyond as hosts. Was a perfect house for two families to share the space. Very spacious kitchen and living areas, bedrooms were perfect for two set of adults and 4 kids. A quick train ride into Brussels christmas markets. It was perfect. Amazing Italian restaurant around the corner too. Our families had so much fun. Would def recommend.

The best place we've been to in Belgium. The owners are very responsive. The territory is huge. There are children's entertainment. There is an area around with horses and a field. If you rent this property, you will be very lucky. Free parking nearby. Very safe and quiet place. In addition to all the attractions, there is also a barbecue
