House vacation rentals in Siniscola

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We really enjoyed at stay at Italo’s AirBnB, the apartment was pristine and includes absolutely everything you would need. Italo is a great host and has some brilliant recommendations - we really enjoyed our trip to a local beach that Italo recommended! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to book. Great stay!

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Julian's house is an absolute gem that puts any five-star hotel to shame! Spotless and filled with incredible amenities that guarantee a truly enjoyable experience. You'll instantly fall in love with the chic decor and spacious modern bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. The mattresses are so cozy that getting out of bed can be a challenge! Each morning, the breathtaking view from the bedrooms feels like a blessing. The stunning pool is the perfect setting to unwind while enjoying the sunrises and sunsets over the sea. Julian’s warm and attentive hospitality enhances your stay, making it truly unforgettable. He is friendly, super responsive, and incredibly helpful. Sardinia is a beautiful island, and if you’re dreaming of a getaway, this house is definitely the ultimate choice! Honestly, this has been the best experience at an Airbnb.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week and it was perfect, kids loved the pool and the villa was also well equipped. We were 10 mins away from most town but San Theodoro was our favourite, a beautiful wee town and a must to visit. We will def be back :) x

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! The house is beautifully situated and the terrace view of the sea is magnificent. The two bathrooms are great (and also nice to look at). We felt completely comfortable and were actually only outside. On the covered terrace you can also sit very well in the rain. San Teodoro is just a few minutes away by car, a pretty town with countless restaurants. All in all - a great tip if you love beach, sea and nature as much as we do!

This was a perfect rustic guest house in a gorgeous valley. The host was helpful and gracious.

Gianfranco and his wife are very friendly hosts. They waited for us, greeted us personally and gave us pastries and a glass of herbal schnapps. Communication via Airbnb went smoothly. In direct conversation, it didn't work so well because we don't speak Italian and the hosts don't speak English. Together, we were still able to figure everything out. When the handle of a pot was loose, Gianfranco brought a new one the next day. Top service! The house is older, but everything was very clean and the beds were also very comfortable. Apart from the wind that often whistled around the house, it was absolutely quiet. The house is situated on the outskirts and borders on open fields. Once, therefore, wild boars probably ran past the house at 1 AM. But that didn't bother me. Parking is right next to the house and also in front of it. A small supermarket is about 15 minutes away on foot. Overall a very nice week. Thank you Gianfranco!

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Virginia is an extremely helpful and friendly host! The vacation home is 100% as described in the photos and texts. It is very central, not quiet but not so that it bothered us. The roof terrace is great, we will miss it! Mega ice cream parlor, I claim the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Delicious pizzeria 1 minute walking distance, as well as a small supermarket next door. Great wine bar also 1 minute walk. Small bakery, pharmacy, cheese shop and also a butcher as well as 2…3.. other shops in the village and within walking distance. Baunei is great. The vacation home is great. The vacation was a pleasure. Beach, hiking, people, land, sea… Highly recommended! All the best to you Virginia and also to Angela 😀 and all the helpers 😉

Lovely beach getaway! The ocean is basically in the backyard and the area was perfect.

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Excellent stay, cottage very well located in the heart of the most beautiful sites of the Region, large and well-equipped, and warm even off-season. Rita was very welcoming and gave us some great tips on local activities. We would highly recommend it!

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

That was a lovely stay. The cottage is charming, in a beautiful neighborhood. Boulders and old trees around the house. The square around the house is well-maintained. We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)
