Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Sinchang-myeon

I'm very happy to have found & stayed in Moonhyung's apartment for a month! It was super convenient - 2 mins walk to the subway, 1 min walk to a nice affordable gym, 1 min walk to convenient stores, shops & restaurants, less than 10 mins walk to a huge supermarket (emart with tax relief), daiso etc. It is also very convenient to get to many tourist destinations by subway. The apartment is so nice, comfortable, homely, secure, well ventilated with a fully functional kitchen & windows with natural sunlight in the day and great views of the streets. Moonhyung was a wonderful host throughout my stay. He took the time to guide me to his place when I got lost, accommodated my early flight arrival, helped me settle in at the start, and was very responsive and proactive in checking in! He also provided many home necessities, making it so easy to settle in comfortably. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone & will want to stay again sometime in the future when I come to seoul!!!

Loved staying here and was an amazing place that was close to a train station and had so much to do and see around! The room itself was lovely and had an amazing view of Seoul tower and the aesthetic was perfect. Will be staying here again in the future!

It's close to E-Mart, and transportation is convenient. I loved the open view. The host responded right away to my inquiry, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

I booked this place because I’ve stayed in the same building before and pretty familiar with the surroundings so I knew what to expect. I can understand why people could find it hard to check-in. Internet is required but the host will tell you about it beforehand. I didn’t like the part where I have to throw the trash away myself since I have to spare some time during my vacation for that. I stayed for 12 days so I have to keep re-washing the towels they gave me. Overall this place is good but not the best, I just have the other place to compare with. The listing is very detailed so make sure to read about what they provide you and what they don’t. I’d recommend to stay here if you want to get around places easily in seoul!

Great location, near metro, convenience store open late, clean and bigger than we expected. Really good for 2 people.

we had a pleasant stay at Land's place. we were greeted by a tray of treats. How thoughtful! Land even gifted us with 2 customised mugs for future stay. The toilet may clogged if not flushed properly. It seems that there is a proper technique to flush. Land even called in a plumber when we shared with him about the problem. Land responded to our attention when we need help. He is prompt. The room is compact and not big but enough to accommodate 4 people. Thank you LAND for doing the extra mile! we will not forget the things you did for us.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

Spent an ace week in Devin’s amazing apartment. Literally on top of the train station exit (no noise though) with links to everywhere you need to go. Super clean and has everything you could want. Devin is a fantastic communicator too. Only ask would be that the blind for the massive window is replaced with one that actually blocks out light - all my mornings were very early ones and everything in Seoul only opens from 10/11am so not super useful. Despite this, still a 5 star experience. Thanks Devin!

Chloe’s place was in a residential area, so there wasn’t much nearby, which is unusual for the Gangnam area. However, her apartment was very spacious, with large rooms. The decor could use an update, as some items seemed quite old. Aside from that, the building had a convenient elevator and a great gym facility. It would be helpful if she could provide the full address, including the Korean version, as it was difficult to locate. I thank Chloe for her kindness.

The room is in line with the photos of the introduction, neat and clean, great for multiple people to stay with.The subway tracks can be seen outside the window, the sound of the train passing by is slightly louder, if you are sensitive to sound, you may need to wear earplugs at night, about 00:30 is the last train, the first train may start at 5:30 - 6:00.It takes about 12 minutes to take the subway from Sindorin to Hongdae shopping district, the walk to the subway station is not close, it may take 10 minutes to walk slowly, and the blue line to get into the subway is also a bit of a walk.But overall comfortable to live in and a nice experience!Trying to deliver during your stay and the delivery person also successfully delivered upstairs, in general it was a wonderful trip.

Staying here was great! it was very easy to find and the apartment looks just like the photos! I also appreciated the conveniences the apartment comes with (washer, dryer, microwave, water kettle, etc). Thank you for letting me stay here!

Everything was good and my family had a lovely time in this apartment. Especially the view was the best. One thing that bothered us that the floor was always very cold in the morning. You always had to turn on the heating.

Incredible find! The fast internet and reliable WiFi were perfect for staying connected, and the dedicated workspace made it easy to get work done. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the grocery store, and there are coffee shops right on the lower floors. The building is clean, modern, and just a short walk from Galsan Station, making it an ideal spot for both work and relaxation. Excellent value for the price!

The space was really nice and included many things that made living there really easy and convenient, such as kitchenware, dishes, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The building is walking distance to the Pedestrian Gate at Camp Humphreys, so that was also a plus. The host was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

I stayed with 5 friends! It was near the hot Seongsu Station Station, but it was secluded because it was inside the alley. The room and bedding were clean and spacious, so I slept comfortably. There was enough space for more than 6 people to sleep! Above all, the host was the best who responded quickly and was so kind. It's really hard to find a place like this at this price, but I'll be using it again next time!!

We had a seminar-style gathering of 35 people, and I don't think it will be easy to find a space like this in Seoul, including accommodation. Even if there wasn't a lot of space, there were enough chairs and tables, and there was nothing lacking in using the kitchen at the right size. Compared to the size of the number of people, there were inconveniences during the morning when there were two bathrooms, but I don't think it would be easy for a 10-20-person gathering. The biggest advantage was that it was possible to cover it even though the number of people was more than expected. Thank you for taking care of us!

The accommodation I checked in was really clean, smelled good, and warm in the cold winter. Lotte Department Store was connected, so I really liked the location because there were many convenience stores nearby.
