Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sinalunga

Great location, only minutes away from the main attractions by walk. Communication with Daniela was superb. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed a home-made dinner taking advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. This hands down is the best Airbnb property we have stayed at during our two-week journey through central and northern Italy. It’s also one of the best amongst dozens of Airbnb properties we’ve stayed at in recent years. Highly recommended!!

A little bit expensive but it’s alright

We loved this place! It was very comfortable for 2 couples. We loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of Tuscany hillsides from there. The location was perfect to get pastries in the morning and dinner at night nearby. And Montepulciano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Our host was great and very friendly with lots of info on the area. The washer and dryer were a real plus! Our only difficulty was the stairs due to our being older and having some knee issues.

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

Our stay at Sette Note and the near-by apartment called Luna (also managed by Gaby) was great. The building where the apartments are located is extremely convenient for the train and for seeing all the sights of Arezzo. A large supermarket is nearby and there are excellent restaurants for every budget. There is also (paid) parking very close by. The apartments are on the fourth (U.S.) floor of an old, charming building with elevator. The wifi worked fine while we were there, though it can be slow in the Luna apartment. The AC is excellent, which is good because we needed to close windows at night due to mosquitos and noise. Some older members of our party of seven found the old key to access the Sette Note apartment difficult to manage. The kitchen was adequate for our needs; more dishware would have been helpful. We had a couple of small issues with water escaping in the wrong places at the end of our week-long stay. The response was immediate, even on a Friday night!

The owner was extremely kind and helpful from the first contact, always ready to answer our questions and meet our needs. The house is exactly as described: cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the location is great and easy to get to, making getting around really convenient. I highly recommend this solution and thank the owner for the impeccable hospitality! 😊

Our stay at Dominik's place was excellent. Apartment was clean and well organized. Had everything we needed. Private and quiet working olive farm (they are just finishing up harvest!) but just minutes away from the beautiful Citta della Pieve. He gave us great recommendations for local dining and things to do. Great stay!

Beautiful old village, on top of a hill with fantastic views. Very quiet area and friendly people. A nice meal at the various restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a good bed and a fantastic shower. You are within a few counts in nature or in the middle of the village. The place stole our heart. Marco is a good host, always ready for you and knows like no other what you can do in Monticchiello and surroundings.

Liesl's place was utterly charming. Views from the property were spectacular and it was peaceful and serene. Liesl gave us great suggestions for restaurants, sights and walks. We definitely recommend her place.There were just 2 of us but the house is perfect for 2 couples.

Place was nice, 2 good sized rooms. TV & other amentities in smaller bedroom were unplugged. The space is easy to access & host was nice. However, there were ants on a bed, on floors & in bathroom area.

very beautiful house, exceeded our expectations. ideal place for families with children, kids loved the animals and enjoyed running in the court and swim in the pool.

What can I say... perfect, we only stayed one night but we really felt "home" Marzia and her husband were always present and available, the apartment is very original colorful and comfortable, a 15-minute walk from the center of Arezzo. Really highly recommended to visit the city Thanks!!!

Carolina provided my family and I an incredible escape in the hills of Tuscany during our stay. Everything was well-provided, as listed, and the location also provided us the opportunity to get around more easily within the area. Thank you for making my Mother’s retirement trip so memorable, would love to come back here again in the near future!

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

We spent three days in this cabin even better than it looks in the photo. The garden and house are very well cared for, we were impressed by the taste with which the house is furnished, even the bedding and towels coordinated in the colors. And what about the Christmas decorations, the Christmas tree and the wreaths around the fireplace made us feel at home! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Flexible check-in and check-out. Supermarket and lakefront within walking distance. We also found a very comfortable kennel and bowls that our dog really appreciated. Rossella is a perfect, kind and helpful host. She also supported us in choosing the places to visit nearby. Thank you, we will definitely be back as soon as possible!!

Thanks for a fantastic few days Massimo! I don't think we could have picked a better place for our Tuscany holiday. The view of the valley was beautiful and the apartment was the perfect size for us two! The cooking class was amazing and we really loved the wine tasting at the local wineries as well.

I came to Siena for Siena Photo Awards and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. That 360 view is extraordinary, truly sublime; the apartment is very comfortable, it’s also convenient to have a washer. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, thank you Donato E Rita🌠

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! This is a fantastic air bnb! Highly recommend. The reviews mentioned the stunning views but we were not prepared for just how amazing they would be. The kitchen is huge, modern, and fully equipped. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of Prosecco by the friendliest host who made excellent local recommendations. The condo is close to all of Siena’s best attractions. We would love to return someday.

All tourist attractions were within walking distance from her accommodation. If I go back to Siena, I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this apartment was great, in a beautiful little village in the middle of Tuscany. It is a town house over 3 floors. It had everything you need for a great stay. There is no lounge but a small kitchen with a table and an armchair but for a family of 3 it was perfect. The view was amazing especially with the low clouds travelling across the valley. The flat was well decorated. There is a couple of restaurants down the road but no shop. The main town is about 10/15mns away by car. You will need a car. We would highly recommend this place if you want to explore some of the beautiful Tuscany villages. Thank you for hosting us.

Fantastic host from start to finish. Great apartment in a secure courtyard. Nice to receive a small bottle of wine at arrival - first time since arriving in Europe 2 weeks ago!! The bed was so comfy!! Took just over 15 mins to walk into Siena City Walls. When asked about value for money, nearly £100 per night, I think that’s high for where the apartment is although sadly the host doesn’t get all this. Had a great time and was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far in Italy.

We had a fantastic stay here. Very central yet peaceful. Hope to visit Siena again and would stay here. Highly recommend.
