Overlooking the entire Simpson Bay beach, the comfortable 2150 sq. feet apartment is equipped with everything a visitor might need. The long list of our luxurious amenities is shown below. The terrace itself is so comfortable and large that many guests mentioned that they would not mind living there. The view is breathtaking.

i love this studio, it's my favorite. Bright, spacious studio with sea view in a quiet residence. Close to all shops, restaurants, beach and city center of Marigot. Ideal for a relaxing and zen stay. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, traditional oven with rotating heat, microwave, 3 induction plates, freezer fridge and a large space for cooking. This studio also has a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
