Vivian was very responsive and communicated well. The house was large for eight people, and hot showers for everyone! A little traffic noise at night, but it died down after 9 PM. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Vivian!

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

This house was perfect for our needs. The pool was so refreshing. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and clean. I really appreciated the special touches for our baby! Pack and play, high chair, toys, and a care basket. I’ll absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

We loved our stay in this quiet little oasis. The cottage was perfect, clean, cozy, and had many thoughtful amenities. Check in and out was very easy and Lizlott generously allowed us to check in early after a long day of travel. Although the cottage is situated on the property, we had total privacy and never interacted with the owners. It was quiet and tranquil. Thank you! Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home! In addition to being of architectural interest the home was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The kids swam all day, and the adults cooked and enjoyed the back patio and atrium areas. The yard and outdoor areas were lovely and well cared for. There were so many things to do close by - from hikes, to shopping, restaurants and museums. Instructions and information provided by Dicle and Trisha were easy to follow and clear. They were responsive and helpful in all communications. Will book again.

I usually rent a cabin somewhere in the mountains with my best pup once a year for a quiet girls weekend. This year I was hoping for something more local and stumbled upon this gem of an experience. What a beautiful place Murray and Kay have. The property is easy to find and Murray was right there (with their horses) when I pulled in. The Airstream was fully equipped and I really didn't feel like I was deprived of any creature comforts. The solar battery was enough for my couple of devices to charge. Hiking trails right outside the door and views for days. One of their horses even made it up the mountain one night to say hello. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of blankets, linens and towels. I loved every minute of my stay and look forward to visiting again.

This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Had a wonderful peaceful stay at the cozy cottage. I was staying over Easter and the real Easter bunny visited in the back yard! Great bucolic retreat from a hectic work schedule. Would return and recommend this one for romantic getaway, cooking and al fresco dining, lounging in the shade and finally writing that script or novel you’ve been contemplating!

We had a hard time leaving Rachel's place. It was absolutely gorgeous, so comfortable and the beds were like a dream. Every little detail of this home is picture-perfect! We arrived to the soft sound of beautiful music streaming from the TV and she left our little dog some delicious snacks - truly heartfelt hospitality. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and took advantage of Rachel's excellent restaurant recommendations (Social Tap and McConnell's were DELISH). We were in town for the Cowboys training camp and went to the beach afterward, both of which were quick, 15-minute drives. It's the perfectly located home! We will most definitely be back. Idan was the best host we have had. He was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely book with him again. The guest house is in great condition and has all the amenities you need. The AirBnb was our home away from home while we were having construction completed.

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.

I’ve stayed at “studio a” a few times and it has never disappointed. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is next to many amenities such as the mall, Targets (yes, 2 targets within a mile and a half) and Trader Joe’s down the street and also the restaurants all around. Ann was a great host, she was prompt and assessable if any questions would arise. Highly recommended!
