Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Silver Spring

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

Great location, easy walk to downtown Bethesda, well connected to rest of the city. Clean, comfortable apartment. Mark was very communicative and answered our questions quickly. Would be happy to be back in the future.

Joe and his place were both great. Joe communicated well, always answering messages promptly and with useful information. His unit was great. Literally a 3 minute walk to metro with a direct line into the National Mall and all SC has to offer. It was a 5-8 minute ride to Reagan National airport. There was a grocery store, CVS, and about 6-8 bars/restaurants within a block of the unit. All in all it was a fantastic location.

Great location, cute apartment that comfortably accommodated our needs. Mark was very proactive and checked in regularly. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was extremely nice, and had everything we needed for our family of five. It was a perfect jumping off place for DC adventures, with easy metro access. Easy parking too. Highly recommend!

The apartment and location met our needs perfectly for a weekend stay visiting family both in Arlington and D.C. Our daughter lives in a building a 10 minute walk away, so we are glad we discovered Sojourn. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

My family and I visited the DC metro area for the weekend, and it was a great pleasure staying at Caitriona's flat—a little gem in Alexandria located right off the main highway to DC. The flat is conveniently situated near a shopping plaza and several restaurants. For breakfast or lunch, I highly recommend trying Barnside Diner. When I visit DC again this summer, I will definitely book this flat on Airbnb. Caitriona was very accommodating and communicative whenever I had questions.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

This place is safe, nice, and clean. We went to the metro and into DC. Great trip! Also you cannot get a better price. Great place, thanks again!

This was our (parents and 2 kids) second stay at this apartment and I’m sure we’ll be staying here again soon while visiting the area. The apartment has all the conveniences needed, in a great location, and Oleg is a very responsive and helpful host. The wholefoods downstairs and free parking is a super bonus!

I don’t do a lot of reviews but I had to do one on this listing . From check in to check out the experience was a 10/10. The pictures actually don’t do the house justice . It’s a beautiful decorated home and very large . The extras like speakers , great coffee maker , phone charging cords all the way down to a fully equipped kitchen . All rooms and bathrooms were super clean . If you are considering this house you will not be disappointed .

We love this home. Very peaceful neighborhood and very close to Metro so you can get transported to DC or to the airport. House was spotless. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great stay, perfect size for a family of four. The home was well maintained and nicely furnished. Charlotte was responsive when the stove didn’t work and got it fixed quickly. Overall, as advertised.

Barbara's place was fantastic. We spent 5 and a half days in DC and her place was within walking distance to the Capitol and the National Mall.

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

This place was perfect for our trip! The location was ideal for our convention at the Gaylord. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs/spices and plenty of room to relax. The home gym was a nice touch for our stay. Wish it wasn’t so cold so we could’ve used the outdoor fire pit area! Definitely will be back

To top it off, the host was gracious, checked in on our needs without intruding, and was amazingly tolerant and honestly seemed to enjoy having us as guests in his grandmother’s home that he had so thoughtfully restored. All around a wonderful place to stay.
