Evelyne's home matches the description and photos. Clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. Claudie welcomed us in an impeccable, punctual and very friendly way. Quiet and quiet area. Highly recommended.

the exteriors are amazing, pétanque, swimming pool, barbecue, playground for children... the studio is well equipped and comfortable just what it takes for a couple🙂

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: crib, bath towels, everything was provided. The outside is superb, with a jacuzzi. No complaints, everything was perfect Thank you so much for the attention to detail (Christmas decorations, tree )

Stunning place, amazing location, and Jonathan was extremely helpful and responsive in welcoming us and answering questions. Only slight hiccup was a faint sewage smell in one of the lower bedrooms, but that might’ve been more of a larger city infrastructure problem.

Our vacation went wonderfully well thanks to Vianney's good welcome in addition to our dog was accepted with pleasure ( the land is very well fenced ) We recommend this host

Great stay at Caroline's. The house and the environment is amazing! Very nice view from the terrace. The house lent itself very well to our family gathering, everyone had their own space and the children enjoyed the games in the garden and in the house. Caroline was very welcoming and available. The area is very beautiful and the house is less than 15 min from the main sites to visit. We'll be happy to go back.

We came to spend 4/ 5 days in Hyères by train.Nadia immediately offered to pick us up at the train. She showed us around the apartment, very good welcome. The apartment is very well equipped, even in a dry grocery store, some products in the freezer and drinks in the fridge, it's a real cozy nest!! Lots of restaurants at the foot of the residence,a bus stop nearby.( ideal for hiking) as well as a bakery and convenience store. In short,we hope to come back to discover the neighboring islands. Great apartment, well-equipped, in a beautiful residence. The view from the apartment is beautiful a real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning. And in the evening we have the right to sunset, it's great.

Very nice place, quiet, secure. Pool, beach, shops and activities without having to drive. Marie is friendly, explains very well when you check in. They're also very responsive. Recommended without a doubt.

Excellent stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very cozy, and the view is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will be back for a future stay.

Our stay went very well. The exceptional sea views were so good for the soul. The children could play safely on the large terrace, and the sandy beach that is right across from the residence is very convenient and pleasant. The neighborhood and beach were peaceful and quiet this February. Thank you!

Very nice little T2 with terrace and garden to spend a few days. Two private underground parking spaces very easy to access. A very clean and very quiet accommodation. Only one small downside for the not very "stable" recovery furniture and for the kitchen utensils that have already lived well. A very welcoming and reachable host! Thanks for everything.
