Very well located apartment, with bakery and Carrefour Market nearby and a 10 minute walk to the city center. The property is located in a recent building with dedicated parking in the basement, which is a real plus in Aix where parking is very difficult. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave , dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Tastefully furnished apartment, very clean and functional - the terrace is large enough to accommodate a round table with 4 chairs , very nice for lunch/dinner outside when the weather is nice . Marc is a welcoming host and very responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Aix .

We had a pleasant stay in Hyères. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect and its settlements on the heights of the historic village met our expectations. The only point of vigilance is the access by car because the alleys are narrow but it is also what is part of the charm of the perched villages of the Var.

Great stay at Caroline's. The house and the environment is amazing! Very nice view from the terrace. The house lent itself very well to our family gathering, everyone had their own space and the children enjoyed the games in the garden and in the house. Caroline was very welcoming and available. The area is very beautiful and the house is less than 15 min from the main sites to visit. We'll be happy to go back.

We absolutely love this villa for our family vacation. Saona was really friendly and extremely responsive when we had questions. The house matches the description, we found it really clean and is super relaxing. We loved the pool area, the kids had a lot of fun there and the outside kitchen was super nice for evening bbq. Very nice place, quiet, secure. Pool, beach, shops and activities without having to drive. Marie is friendly, explains very well when you check in. They're also very responsive. Recommended without a doubt.

Clean accommodation well arranged and well located near the port of Cassis within walking distance in a quiet residence with possibility of parking.

Excellent stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very cozy, and the view is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will be back for a future stay.

Really beautiful apartment; clean; lovely furnishings; updated; spacious; spectacular view! Our GPS had a hard time finding the street address….follow signs for Les Terres Marines which is the name of the complex. Once there, Corrine’s instructions for check in are very clear and easy to follow. Appreciated the designated parking! A couple of things to know about this location: 1. It is quite high up on the hill above Cassis. This gives the spectacular view, but you need to be fit and fond of walking to make the trek up from town everyday. We had a car and would often park half way down to town to minimize the walk back. (Although parking in Cassis can be an adventure!) 2. It is a gated community. You need key access to enter and exit even as a pedestrian. This can be tricky if the group wants to go off on their own in different directions as there is only one key fob. On the other hand….great for families: pool, ping-pong, tennis. Very peaceful surroundings. Thank you Corrine!!
