Our 2BD/2BA welcoming home sleeps 5-7 people (3 or 4 adults + kids is optimal). The living room, dining nook & kitchen are an open floor plan, allowing for gatherings and making memories. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking equipment. On the front deck we have a gas BBQ, deck chairs and an outdoor table. Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. NEW Village Lodge 1BR w/500+ Reviews! Stunning...

Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a Village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. Catch the Gondola downstairs with no more lugging your skis and gear. Park in our underground garage and never use it the rest of your stay!

Great Tahoe City location: Walk to Tahoe City, Commons Beach, or hike Page Meadows. This house is VERY kid friendly! It's an easy walk or quick bike ride to Granlibakken Resort, Tahoe House, The Bridgetender, River Grill, and Dam Cafe; or continue on to Tahoe City. A 2 night rental is required on weekends during the second half of Dec, January, February, March, first half of April, July and August.
