Vacation rentals with beach access in Siderno

We stayed here only for one night on a road trip. It would be perfect for a beach vacation as well, as it is right on the water and walking distance to restaurants. And yes, the terrace in the pictures is big, beautiful and only for this airbnb! The only draw back is there isn't much indoor seating for many people.

It was indescribably beautiful. A friend who speaks German described the exact path to us and received us. Of course, Gherly ( not Geltrude) was also there. We then got a few more tips from restaurants, but we didn't use it because we liked our homemade food with local ingredients on the small cozy terrace overlooking the sea and incredible sunset much better. And one thing we would like to mention in particular: the hospitality of Gherly and her family is very warm - as if we would have known each other for years. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but our next neighborhood was already booked.

We loved our stay! We will 100% stay here again when we come to visit family. The apartment was very clean- the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and view! The location is perfect- we would wake up everyday and walk right across the street to the beach. Beatrice was a great host- very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with anything!

Amazing experience! The view of this place is worth anything. Francesco was super helpful in communication, very kind and caring, he gave me a lot of advice about the area. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and with all the comforts. The tablecloths folded like in the hotel, a unique attention! The view leaves you speechless. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.

The place was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and gelato right next door. Everything was perfect!

Very nice and comfortable house, with a very large outdoor patio, equipped with a huge table, sofa, two rocking chairs and TV. Quiet location with large garden. Mario, Giuseppe's father, was very kind, a very sharp and attentive person, he welcomed us as friends as well as Manuela, his wife. The sea was warm and beautiful. The beach of Ardore Marina is really close to the house and you can walk there, arriving in five minutes; then you can walk in a beautiful pine forest that unfortunately in the first stretch it is quite dirty, while in the second it is much cleaner. It cries the heart to see such a gift of nature mist, but the rudeness has no borders and I don't think this waste is just the fruit of the locals but that tourism has given its part. In any case, I want to urge the city authorities to pay more attention to these places so that this phenomenon does not degenerate.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

With our family of 4 we had a wonderful ten days at Francesca's house, an exceptionally kind and helpful host. The house, located a few meters from the sea and the center of Siderno, is spacious, bright and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning in the rooms. It's perfect for families looking for tranquility, with all the services at your fingertips. The environment is ideal for relaxing and enjoying beautiful days on the beach without long trips. The place made me feel like home, really fast for to get to the beach walking. You have everything you need for to cook, all beddings and extras towels .The house it’s big. I really recommend.

Claudio is really the most charming and caring host we've met on our many trips, thank you so much for everything! 😊 The apartment is large, well lit with large balconies and also well equipped, and including a washing machine and three air conditioned among others. It is also a good central place to visit the Calabria region, including Tropea, Scilla and Reggio di Calabria. The sea is magnificent, very clear and you can also snorkel! 😊🐟🐠

Villa Ulivo was a nice surprise for us! Small house but with everything and more! Great garden, washing machine and also dishwasher. The top was having AC in the rooms, then the possibility of very fresh vegetables from Enrico's father's garden. And finally the company of two nice little dogs. A place worth going.

Giuseppe’s was a great host! He responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place and we would stay here again easily! We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Siderno!

Great apartment, very well cared for and equipped in all your needs. The rooms are quietly spacious for six people, spacious and comfortable rooms including the large terrace including a barbecue. Total cleanliness in all the spaces of the apartment, especially the bathroom. Quiet and quiet area, convenient parking, even if you want inside the property. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to the owner for the availability to solve every small problem. Very attentive to our needs, personally informing that everything worked at its best.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Recently renovated house, well equipped. Lots of attention, from finding various groceries in the house, products for the care of the person and for the use of the kitchen, to the daily availability of the owner Federica in satisfying every need. The house is in front of a transparent sea, on the beach you can have good spaces even in August, parking on the street is easy to find.

If you want a property with uninterrupted ocean views, this is it. There's also a very large outdoor area. Beach access is only minutes away via the walkway tunnel which is right next to the property. Hosts were very pleasant to deal with and accommodating.
