Cottage vacation rentals in Sibiu

Me and my friends had an amazing weekend at this modern house! The interior was stylish, spacious, and had everything we needed. Outside, we enjoyed the barbecue area and jacuzzi, both perfect for relaxing together. The pool is only available in summer. The view was stunning, and there was a lovely play area for the kids. The landlord was fantastic—he responded quickly to our messages and even left us some homemade local alcohol, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was the perfect getaway spot, and we’d absolutely recommend it!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful countryside Saxon cottage! The house is impeccably equipped with everything one could need. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. The outdoor space is idyllic, featuring an amazing garden that offers a peaceful retreat. The pool, situated in a private area of the garden, provides stunning views over the village—a perfect spot for relaxation. Diana, the host, is wonderful, always available for any requests or advice. I highly recommend this place for a serene and memorable getaway.

Silvia is a very nice hostess. Communication is smooth with limited English, but it works conveniently with the translation app. We have come a lot about the history of the house and the village. Silvia can provide breakfast and dinner with local products from her own garden. We visited Sighisoara from here and I also walked up the hill behind the house as a trail runner. On the recommendation of Silvia, we also visited the local very old church with the help of the teacher who is also a guide, for a negligible amount amount. A very pleasant between stop.

Wonderful authentic Saxon village house in Transylvania. Would recommend.

It was a great stay! Beautiful area and incredibly welcoming and helpful host. The accommodation is great and has the traditional design beautifully integrated in the refurbishment. The only suggestion is take more days off and spend them there! At least4-5days is a minimum must!:)

Nicely decorated rooms, keeping the rustic touch that gives a cosy feeling. Everything inside was looking as in the photos, with white clean linens. The garden in front of the cottage is well kept by the host, with a special place designed for small children. Dan is a communicative host, but also offered the privacy for a relaxing weekend.

Sebastian is a wonderful helpful man. He is the epitome of Romanian culture and hospitality. He is happy to show you around and help in anyway he can. The place is clean and very relaxing. Although he cannot speak English everything was able to be figured out via translation. Would recommend!

this place - the donkey farm, Cund, and Christian the owner and host - went straight to my heart in a way I can't easily describe. We felt good, comfortable and very at home here.The house itself is stylish and homely, and its lovely having the donkeys nudge a hello each day. The surroundings are so special, flower filled meadows all round, the village friendly, and at the crossroad everything stops for the ducklingsto cross. We went for a great hike into the hills with the host Christian. He was a treasure trove of info on Romania. We love this place!

Great old house with a lot of flair on a beautiful village. Nice area to take a walk. WiFi is fast and the bed is very comfortable. The son of the landlady speaks fluently English and translated everything. I can definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Very, very pretty village and place to stay! Loud in the mornings because of traffic/construction but everything else absolutely perfect. Can especially recommend the locally prepared meals. We‘ll come again!

I recommend this place to anyone who wants a magical and relaxing experience. Everything about it was perfect and I’m thrilled I chose to extend my stay!
