Vacation rentals with breakfast in Si Racha District

The place is peaceful, the management system is good. There is a barbecue grill for the grill. The equipment is full. If there is a problem or if you need anything more, it is convenient to contact and fix it quickly. The kids love to play in the water. There are three rubber rings in the pool. The owner and caregiver are very accommodating.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect, near everything. It's very easy to walk to most place, like the beach, street night market, restaurants and massages. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. we would definitely stay here again when returning to Pattaya.

The only thing is that in order to get drinking water, you need to walk to the nearest 7 eleven, which may be inconvenient for a long-term stay. Some condos have vending machines for collecting drink water.

My family booked this house very last minute, as we had been let down by another property. Communication was very fast and clear. The house had everything we needed for a short stay and provided enough space for a group of 8 people. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this part of town.
