Lovely, peaceful place to stay. Perfect place for two within walking distance of town. Elizabeth & her husband were very friendly & helpful. The fresh bread, olives & condiments were awesome. Would recommend for anyone looking to visit York 😊

Beautiful place, even better than described and pictured. Sitting on the deck with a cup of tea and the birds… perfect. Suzie is a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Location: It was a good distant from the city (not too far but not too close). It was quite private, surrounded by nature and there was also good bush walking track out the back. The only downside was some road noise carried from the main highway but it wasn't overwhelming. Amenities: Everything was easy to find, organised and really clean. It was great it had an A/C. The kitchen was well stocked with all cutlery and crockery you could need as was the bathroom with towels. The only thing I missed to pack was some milk to go with the coffee pods so make sure to pack that. Hosts: Tiny Away was good to deal with, very responsive and professional - I really didn't have many questions. On arrival, Helen and Mark were super friendly and personable to deal with - making us feel right at home. Highlight: Getting to meet and pat their two beautiful horses! I would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet respite away.

We recently stayed at this charming B&B in Bakers Hill and absolutely loved our time there. Although it was simple and rustic, it had a warm and cosy feel that made us feel right at home. The amenities were excellent — everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — and the comfort level was fantastic. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into creating a welcoming and relaxing space. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Burnley house and Pendle cottage. Gayle was a polite and friendly host and the houses were exactly as described. My kids loved the alpacas in the backyard too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in York.
