Super nice host who’s always willing to help and give advices to have a better experience of Shimoda (especially the onsens), he even gave me a lift to the station.

Superb location and very easy to reach from Itō station. Right next to the beach and fabulous ocean view. Very tasty restaurants within 5-10min walk. Rooms are very clean and cozy.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sun in the morning and waking up with the birds was wonderful. Stars and moon at night were exquisite. Definitely recommend and will stay again the next time I want to surf Shimoda. 🙏🏽

We’ve stayed at Airi’s lovely apartment for three nights. We both thought it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Airi responded to all of our queries very quickly both prior to booking as well as during our stay. The self-check in instructions were clearly described so that we didn’t have any problems. We used a car to travel around Izu. Shimoda city is only short drive away (around 10 minutes) and there are many good restaurants and a couple of high quality supermarkets there. Our favourite supermarket for shopping was the one called Aoki which is located near Perry Road. The apartment was decorated in a very stylish manner and was clean and well presented. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony over looking the sea every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Airi’s lovely apartment and can’t wait to use it again when we are next in the area. We would certainly recommend her place to anybody.

Although brief, it was a good stay

A really nice and comfortable apartment in a pretty town with not too many other tourists. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean - all you ask for! Mari was an excellent host. You are also very near the station so perfect for day trip to surrounding areas. Would recommend!

Excellent hospitality for 5 days on New Year's Eve! I also had a 4-year-old daughter, but there was a step table, children's dishes, and there was a trampoline, balls, swings, and badminton in the garden, so I could enjoy it with my family without having any time! My parents were also with me, but there were two bedrooms on the second floor, so the sleeping space was comfortable! There were a lot of citrus fruits in the garden, and it was fun to pick tangerines, and it was delicious.😋 Thank you!

It was an easy place to stay with a large number of rooms. The location is also good for batgun, so I recommend it when staying in Ito. I'd love to use it again if I get the chance!

It was my first time using it, but I had a very pleasant time.The kids were delighted too.The coffee and tea were also very delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay in Manazuru. The place was spotless and fully stocked with everything you’d need. It’s about 10-15 min walk to the train station and grocery store. The house also has a garden with fresh veggies which we harvested. They were delicious! We had been traveling for a few weeks and were so happy to finally cook and enjoy a meal at home. There was a wonderful team facilitating the stay and they were all so responsive. The WiFi stopped working right before we arrived and the host replaced the modem as soon as they could. We had lunch at Root Cafe one day (also owned by the hosts!) and our hosts came by to say hello. It was wonderful chatting with them and they gave us so many awesome recommendations for sightseeing and adventures. The food was also delicious. We will definitely be back to Manazuru. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

The house is spacious , nice , clean and peaceful, well equipped that almost you can find everything you need from the house , and we love the sea and Mt Fuji view from the balcony , just that the location is stay quite inside from the main road , you will need to drive a while everyday when you in and out from the stay place , but that we already knew from owner and we enjoy the view and surroundings so overall we are really happy with the stay and would like to come again.

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

I visited in mid-January, and I wanted to read while feeling the nature for about 3 nights, but there was also a sauna, which was perfect. There were few insects, and it was helpful for me who didn't like insects. It is very quiet, rich in nature and a nice place.Anyway, the view from the room was amazing.

Great place close to the beach and town. Clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment, private parking, great communication from the host and easy check-in / check-out.

The environment is very beautiful, there is a sea out the window, and there are barbecue equipment on the terrace, you can look at the starry sky while barbecuing, that is, there are many supermarkets nearby where you can buy ingredients to come back to the barbecue, the host also prepared a lot of materials for us, the small episode is that I left a bottle for me in the room, they helped me to leave it and wash it, so I can find it as soon as I return.

The location and location were good.It was a clean interior.

We had an awesome time at this beautiful place with it’s stunning view! Maybe even the most beautiful place we ever stayed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and making some bbq, the calm atmosphere and the short walks to the beach. Thanks for having us!
