Would definitely go back! Both homes were very well cared for, clean, and look just like they do in the photos. The outdoor space is great. The laundry is incredibly useful and the machines are brand new. The beds are comfortable and plentiful! Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Appliances are all in great shape. The porches are great, the fire pits are a great touch, and the pool is awesome. Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking to relax in a quiet location. Host is very proactive and responsive, but you won’t need to reach out because they have everything taken care of before you show up.

This was our second time staying in this charming Farmhouse. We are a group of 8 friends that came for the Antiques Fair in Round Top. We ALL agree that this house is one of the best places that we have stayed. We felt like we were walking into a home decorating magazine. The Farmhouse is sparkling clean. Lori has covered every detail with comfy beds, great linens, numerous towels, spa robes, luxurious bathrooms, wonderful coffee bar and delicious treats from a local bakery. Because this house is so fabulous...we decide to stay in for dinner. We enjoyed cooking together and sharing dinners around the big table and relaxing in the spacious living room. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed. We enjoyed each and every second of our three days. If you want to feel spoiled and relax in a clean and comfortable space...this is your place to make memories!

Very easy to find. Private driveway righ in front. Good location to explore around LA Grange area. Very quiet. Place was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom have what you need.

Christy's Place in the New Ulm countryside was wonderful. The guest house was comfortable, cozy and views with many windows were very relaxing. We came during Antique Week so did a lot of shopping in the area and not as much time on the property. Next time we will definitely walk the property trails and sit by their beautiful pond. She was the best host, even providing many varieties of breakfast items and coffees/teas/bottled waters. Temperatures were cool and even the heater worked immediately. We loved watching the birds at the bird feeder at the kitchen table. A cozy and peaceful place to stay. We can't wait to return and relax on the ranch!

The house was great for our girls trip. Glynis was responsive to our questions. I forgot the code one night and messaged her. She immediately walked me thru the process again. So nice of her. The rooms were great and the kitchen was full of anything you might need. Beautiful home. We will be back next year.

Every now and then, life offers you a place that feels like it exists outside of time, this ranch in Cat Spring is exactly that. Pristine, peaceful, and beautifully untouched, it’s a sanctuary for the soul. The fishing was rewarding, the land felt sacred in its stillness, and the host welcomed us with genuine warmth. In a world that rarely slows down, this is a rare pocket of calm where you can breathe deeply, reconnect, and remember what matters. My wife and I first discovered this place through a YouTube video Jon B shared, and the moment we saw it, we knew we had to go. Experiencing it in person was even more meaningful than we imagined. I’ll carry this trip with me and without a doubt, I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

This place is a jewel quite place away from all the noise of the city. The host was very responsive and very helpful. Thank you we will be staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the wisteria bend guesthouse. Plenty of space for 3 adults and one child. My son enjoyed the tricycle and scooter that was there too.
