Huge house with great view of the lake. Very open and modern. Kitchen is pretty tiny, though. Especially if you are trying to feed a group. The large refrigerators in the garage are very helpful. And be careful on the tiny roads leading to the house!

Great place to stay while exploring Frankfort.

We loved staying at this house. It easily fit our party of 12. We had Thanksgiving dinner there. The kids used the hot tub every night. It was really great to have a fire pit and a supply of firewood.

This home was impeccably clean and so cute! Even better in person than the photos. It was well equipped for all the needs and was perfect for a mom-friend meetup with kids. We loved the semi private spacious yard, quiet almost zero traffic dead end street and the park behind it is amazing with 3 great playgrounds and paved walking path which helped get our kids energy out and was so easily accessible! There was a concert in the park during our stay so that was an added perk and the hot tub was great. We literally ate at home and kicked back with our kiddos and had such a great time. The hosts were also super responsive and friendly and we loved coming in to apples, bananas, snacks and drinks already stocked as an extra bonus. so kind!

I really enjoyed my extended stay in Nathan's home! It was really peaceful and clean. The house was decorated beautifully and you could tell he didn't skimp on furniture, linens, and towels because it was all very nice quality. The house is surrounded by a lot of trees and bushes and the front garden is really pretty. Most mornings I would enjoy my tea on the front deck and in the evenings it was nice to grill out and hang out on the back deck. Also, while I didn't have any issues during my stay Nathan is an excellent and friendly host. Definitely recommend!

Cozy place. Wonderful illusion of privacy. it's actually a CIA safe house and bugged from top to bottom. Cameras are everywhere. You'll never feel safer. Enjoy.

Great stay during a convention downtown. Far better value than the hotels, and easily accommodated our group of five. Peaceful neighborhood, proactive communication, plenty of secure parking, and a straight 10-minute drive to the Rupp Arena. Clean and spacious, and our bed was very comfortable. Would gladly use again. Thanks!

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

We went to the Kentucky Derby and everything spikes around that time, it’s less than 4 miles from Churchill Downs. And a great pizza place on the corner.

Amazing and clean apartment with every amenities you need. Would come back here again!

This apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. The off street parking was a plus. The building itself is a bit dated, but the apartment had nice, comfortable furnishings and ll the essentials worked well. Great communication with Sarah. Super location for going to Buffalo Trace and visiting the area

Jaclyn's place is perfect. Book it!! The location can't be beat - so walkable to breweries, charcuterie and wine, coffee, restaurants and local shops. Jaclyn's shop next door is a must visit. We have family in Louisville and will only book this perfect place from now on.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this lovely home! The location is excellent - lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We brought our two dogs and there was a nice grassy area about a block away that was very convenient. Also, the bed is exceptionally comfortable! We slept incredibly deeply each night. I highly recommend this beautiful space!

We absolutely loved Matt’s place. It was so spacious for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There was plenty of storage. Having a half bath on the first floor was great so you didn’t have to walk up the steps all of the time. The location was nice and felt safe, even walking back from the Bardstown (?) area at night. Here’s a tip: pick up Ubers at the bar next door vs on the main road. It’s safer and easier to locate. But don’t worry, we never heard any noise from the bar. It’s a quick ride to downtown. Matt’s welcome book was the most thorough we’ve ever had. It was easy to follow and we enjoyed playing the arcade games. We will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to our friends.

Absolutely perfect location for walking to Frankfurt Avenue. Easy access to restaurants annd amenities in the area.

We loved this area of town! Walkable and lots of restaurants and places to shop. Street noise in the bedroom is loud but nothing our sound machine couldn’t solve. Beautiful and very clean place!

Can't wait to return! We had a short but fabulous stay. We love that part of Louisville and the restaurants around that area. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the working station was perfect to get my work done. The bathrooms are perfect. Loved the double-shower! The kitchen is very complete as well, and keep in mind you have a great Kebab place a few feet away. Easy to get in and out. The noise on the street was no problem. Great wifi, TVs, plenty of snacks, books and games. Simply Perfect!

Accurate to description. Plenty of extra towels/blankets/pillows, fully stocked kitchen, nice laundry accommodations, miscellaneous items on hand, even a stocked "junk drawer" with things you always forget to pack.

I had an amazing stay! The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the incredible views of the river—you can soak it all in from the spacious rooftop, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. The working space was excellent, providing a quiet and comfortable environment for productivity. And after a long day, the bed was perfectly cozy, offering a great night's sleep every time. The host’s attention to detail and thoughtful amenities made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing yet functional getaway!
