This is our second time staying at Jacks units and we will definitely return when in the area again and would recommend this place! Location is very convenient to malls, restaurants etc. Jacks place is exactly as described, very clean and well maintained, very comfortable bed, and very quiet which is perfect when travelling and needing a good night's sleep. We felt right at home! Jack was great with communication, very quick to respond. Id recommend this place to anyone! Perfect all the way around! Thanks Jack for another awesome stay!

I had a great time here! Allen and Charleigh were always responsive and helpful. The room was exactly as described and matched the pictures. You'll have everything you need if you decide to stay here and the neighborhood is very nice too. I plan on visiting again.

I usually stay in a hotel when visiting Yarmouth for work, but they were sold out and I stumbled upon this place. We were very pleased and felt right at home - much better than the hotel and we’ll be back! Very modern decor, spacious, equipped with everything you’ll need and very comfortable. Frank came and salted the deck of us when it was froze over. A1!

This wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last! It is a spacious, very clean and welcoming space with great character. And walkable to restaurants, waterfront and the arts centre. Looking forward to our next stay.

Very clean space with everything provided for daily family life away from home. Host was very responsive and hot tub was very easy to use and relaxing. Space was quiet and had plenty of furniture for guests. Would definitely recommend.

Had an absolutely perfect time staying here. I don’t have a negative thing to say about it. Allen was extremely helpful, responsive, kind, and fair. The ONLY thing I would change is to add a guest notebook & pen so people who stay here could write where they’re from. It’s always cool to read those. I will definitely be back 💓 I wish it was my apartment forever!

Allen, Amazing stay with really beautiful antiques and facilities. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. Feel very lucky to have experienced this home as it was everything that I imagined and wished I could live in this character apartment all the time. It was worth waiting for!! Thank you so much. Great location, just 2 minutes away from the Cat. Very nicely decorated and extremely clean space. Would highly recommend for anyone taking the Cat back to Maine.
