This place was great, it was a quiet neighborhood. It was also close to a lot of restaurants, stores and a supermarket. The house was cleaned and had everything we needed as far as for cooking and dishes.

Cortney was a great host and the place was great. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths made it the perfect place for me and my team. Cortney was responsive and practical. She and her team are very helpful if you have an issue or need clarification. They were much appreciated!

Thanks so much for a home away from home!

Perfect place for anyone traveling with a pet

This was a nice Airbnb. I especially liked how we had parking off of the street. The place was very comfy and we were close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

The place was amazing and made my family and I feel home. Heather was great at communicating and being clear on everything. Would definitely recommend for people to stay at this location while visiting KC. We will book here next time we are in town!

A group of friends and I chose this place for our weekend getaway to KC. The location and neighborhood were great! The neighborhood was quiet. There are tons of shops and stores nearby. It was a quick drive to KC. The house is spectacular! Tons of fun art, clean rooms, comfortable beds and an amazingly stocked kitchen. Melissa thought of everything when setting up her space! The space provided us room to be together and still have private space when we weren't hanging out. We loved it!!!

Perfect first stop for my trip from CO to PA with my pup. Kc was extremely accommodating and very hospitable. Would happily come back.

We had an amazing stay at Johnny and Abby’s place. The property was cozy, very clean, and the space was the perfect layout for our five families to spend together. Everything listed in the description was accurate, and honestly exceeded our expectations when we arrived. Communication was seamless before, during and after our stay which was much appreciated. My wife & I had a delightful time in this convenient, modern & well appointed Apt at 'The Grand' apt complex We were in town for the week working at the KC Music Hall (a short walk from this location! :). We had free parking included in this rental, which was across the street in a fob access parking garage: safe & convenient! The 'checking in' instructions were quite detailed as to how to access the key fobs for the amenities, bldg, apt & garage. Clear instructions and quick, attentive communications from the host. The space was very clean & comfortable. The apt has a nice full bath, well equipped kitchen and includes an in-apt washer/dryer. If we are in the KC area again, we will surely try to stay again in one of Justin's rentals the The Grand!. It was perfect for us! 🤗 Cheers, P&L Hannah

We really enjoyed our stay here with our two dogs. The location was great and it was very comfortable inside the guest house. Hope to stay again when we are in the area.

Casy was so responsive and understanding. There were policies built in that could've complicated my stay for myself and guests but she provided a solution that was amenable for all. Can't speak more about her as a host. The home is very spacious and beautiful. More than enough for me and mine to enjoy our time. The area is beautiful, plenty of trails to go for a stroll and appreciate the beauty of Overland Park. A Lifetime gym, coffee shop and plenty of restaurants are within 15 min drive so I was more than satisfied with the location. Wonderful area and home 🥂

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

We had an enjoyable stay at Sanantha’s house. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the whole house was exceptionally clean. Samantha was responsive and accommodating; we’d definitely stay here again.

Super location for our trip to Kansas City. Quiet suburb 15 min from the city and great for walking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Could even walk to the Starbucks and grocery store. House was extremely clean and organized. Loved having laundry option there as well. My fave part was the fenced backyard which our two dogs LOVED!

Nicely done townhome. The touches were cute. Beds were comfy. Owner had a lot of amenities, including plenty of blankets for guests. I mean, one can never have enough blankets. :) Host was very responsive and considerate. Will gladly stay here again.

Charming home with 4 bedrooms and comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Kansas City area. It was the most well stocked place we have ever stayed! Excellent customer service and care. Thank you!

This is my second time staying at Havah's place. Havah is very responsive, provides all the amenities you need and keeps the place super-clean and comfortable. I stayed for three weeks this trip and look forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed here while we visited family for Thanksgiving. It was a great house and served our needs well. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed there.

We were able to check in early which was awesome because family was coming from different states. When I reached out for assistance with questions Ami was very quick to respond. She may our stay very comfortable. We will stay again, when we visit KC again! Thanks so much Ami for everything!!
