Loved everything about the stay. The house had more sleeping space than we had thought, so had very minimal room sharing. Really enjoyed our stay!

From the driveway to the river view, Renee's Retreat is perfect! The communication with our host was top-notch, and the river view from the windows is breathtaking. Relaxing by the fire pit with the peaceful sounds of the river was a highlight of our stay. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, including items you may not even think to pack. Although we didn’t use all of the extras, it's comforting to know there were essentials like toiletries and even a pizza oven available if needed. This retreat is ideally located—close enough to Green Bay for convenience, but far enough to feel like a true escape from the daily grind. Pat’s grocery store is only 10 minutes away, with larger stores less than 20 minutes out, making it easy to stock up on whatever you need. I needed a quiet peaceful place for my family to decompress and breathe while spending time with my grandchildren. We just lost my Son a few months ago and we haven't had much time to just be a family. This little cottage gave us the first happy, beautiful weekend since our loss. It was cozy, clean, private and had everything one would need. Waking up to the sun rising over the lake was tranquil. It was the perfect place for stargazing at night too. It was close enough to town and very close to the park. Everything about it was perfect. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect place to stay! Very nice, quiet, & safe neighborhood right on the lake. The house had lots of room and everything you need to feel right at home. Downtown Shawano and downtown Clintonville are just a short drive away. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to town.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend getaway. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin was immaculate. They did a great job with the renovations, and it was super cute. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cute little spot for a getaway. One of my girlfriends said she is hoping to book it for this summer. thank you Amanda for your hospitality!

We had a great stay here! The house looked and felt newly updated and was thoughtfully done and decorated. We all commented on how comfortable it was and very clean. Leather furniture and new pots and pans were a real plus. When we contacted the host about the broken coffee maker, she replaced it the next day. We were very happy with this spot and it made our getaway to a Packer game even more enjoyable. These are great hosts and if we’re back in the area we’ll try to book again.
