Martine's place is a beautiful historic home with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It's a truly beautiful home and our large family had all the space and comforts necessary for our stay. The large dining room table was a plus because we were celebrating an early Thanksgiving. The beds are comfortable and it was nice to have three modern bathrooms! Lovely stay and we enjoyed reading the history of the home. Our family really enjoyed our time together in this large and comfortable home! Sadly, we ran out of time to enjoy the fire pit!

Brandon’s place was a wonderful home for our family to meet up for Thanksgiving. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more! Brandon has thought of so many things to make your stay as enjoyable as possible from a thorough list of what is near by to a first aid kit if the need should arise.

Lovely home nestled in a quiet suburban community with easy access to the airport, downtown Cincinnati, etc. Spacious rooms with large bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms (the towels were fluffy and absorbent). The Kitchen has so many appliances - including a nice stand up Kitchen Aid mixer, air fryer, 4 slice toaster, juicer, keurig and a regular coffee maker, and the list goes on and on. Plenty of seating for dining with 2 tables seating 8 and 4 and 4 bar stools at the counter. Our family enjoyed all the basement games each night including the nice selection of board games.

This home was one of cleanest, freshest, and well stocked we have stayed in. Really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the darker/ moody/ sophisticated decor as it felt very restful. Special touches like the smart TVs, built in speakers, and many choices of dimmable accent lighting added to vibe. Views were beautiful from every window. Peaceful street. Really could not ask for more and look forward to returning.

A great place to stay and super convenient for a trip down to the area for the thanksgiving holiday! Juan was a great host and had very clear communication throughout!

We had a great time! Plenty of space and beds for everyone and very clean as well. He left a binder of fun things to do in the area as well as games in the cabinet which was very sweet. Perfect for our team bonding activities!

We are so glad to have found this wonderful apartment! Perfectly located near family - plus walkable to coffee, restaurants, a brand new park and a splash pad - we were able to drive minimally but keep everyone happy and entertained. The apartment itself was lovely + spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Terry was extremely responsive to any questions I had, the entire process was seamless! We will definitely be staying here again when visiting the Dayton area!
