We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Karine is a perfect host. Communication was simple. She gave us good addresses and answered our questions quickly and kindly. The accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the Lake. It is very clean and decorated with taste. One regret, the exteriors that are not actually usable. The balcony is a little small and we don't fit 4. The outdoor table is common to the other apartment and you have to go down and out of the apartment to use it.

Great house, simple and convenient.. in a very peaceful and calm location. There is a bakery very close and it is within walking distance to the lake. The host answered all my questions instantly. The only place I will definitely stay when I go to Nnecy. Thank you Justine

Very nice place! Loft spirit, modern and clean. The outdoor terrace is a real plus. We used the gas grill, much appreciated. As mentioned in some reviews, no rooms closed but the pull-out bed in the living room is very convenient and the mezzanine spacious. Maryline was flexible with our check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay about five minutes from the centre of Annecy and nearer still to the lake. It has everything you need, is clean and simply decorated without fussiness and clutter. We loved it here, a place to make your own for a few days, a real find. And communication with the host was clear and easy to follow. We’d certainly come back if we can.

Excellent stay with Natacha who was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is pleasant, well-equipped and well insulated. The only downside for PRMs is that the suitable bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom upstairs: if your transfers are difficult, maybe consider installing a bed downstairs.;)

Perfect little house for a couple with two children. Everything was impeccable. 👍🏻 Very easy wood stove heating for the living room and kitchen area; the entire property is very well decorated and arranged. We enjoyed the hot tub with a beautiful starry night. I would recommend it 100%

This house on the lake is an outstanding option for anyone wanting direct, private access to the lake. Huge private grounds and garden, quiet and beautiful. An absolute gem of a property.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We had a great time. The accommodation is ideally located. In a fairly quiet area and close to the lake. We all loved this modern and functional place. Communication with the tenants was very smooth throughout the stay. I would recommend it in a second.

I spent more than two months at Sarl's and had a fantastic time here. The neighborhood is excellent, as it is only a 2 minute walk to the lake and 5 minutes to downtown. This is a very nice little studio with magnificent lake views. Ideal for 1-2 people. Communication has always been impeccable and I can wholeheartedly recommend Sarl's apartment. I appreciate your great stay!

Very bright studio, clean , very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secured in the parking lot of the building, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
