Townhome vacation rentals in Seville

The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

Was superfijn huis. Heel luxe ingericht. Je zit zo in Sevilla of in de natuur voor een wandeling. Dorpje is klein, maar heeft genoeg kleine winkeltjes en restaurantjes.

I had a great stay at Mercedes’s place. She welcomed us warmly and let us check in flexibly. The room is cosy and clean. It was a quiet community even during the busy Semana Santa. It was 10 min walk to the metro station and takes about 30min to get into city centre in total. I really appreciate her host and definitely will come back again! Highly recommended!

Beautiful old building with a nice traditional tiled patio. Self-check in was easy with the key box outside. The accommodation is just like on the pictures. The bed is comfortable with a selection of pillows. I appreciated the lots of little extras that were provided, it was all very thoughtful (tea, sugar, bottle of water, little chocolate). The main ceiling light switch is outside, but there is a plug-in light inside (for reading and general lighting), so it was not a problem at all. There was also a little fridge and seating in the patio. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The water pressure is great, I could wash my long hair fine (unlike at at many other Air B'n'Bs in southern Europe). Shampoo, body wash, shaving cream, hand soap, hair dryer was provided. You do need to leave the bathroom door open from time to time to air out (as it is an old building with thick walls). WiFi was patchy (again, old building with thick walls, understandable). I loved my stay, thank you!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Maria’s place. The house was spotless, very cosy, and equipped with everything I needed, especially in the kitchen. The location is quiet and handy. Maria was very welcoming, and made sure I had the best stay possible. Highly recommend her place – I’d definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at Araceli’s beautiful place in Sevilla! The room was spotless, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing few days. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and made each morning feel special. The location was also great, quiet yet close enough to everything. Araceli is a wonderful host – super kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond. I really appreciated her warmth and hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Sevilla!

Je recommande à 100% le logement. Situé très près du métro, en moins de 20 mins vous serez dans le centre de Sevilla. De plus, Flor répond très vite, vous donne toutes les informations nécessaires et se préoccupe de la bonne installation de ses hôtes. Le logement est propre et spacieux. J’y retournerai sans hésiter !

지하철은 신용카드로 이용하세요. 우린 구간적용 잘못해서 벌금?냈어요. 우리 실수로 카드할인 요금 1유로도 안되는데, 현금으로 왕복카드 잘못 구입해서 거의 10유로 손해봤어요. 이 돈이면 시내 가까운 곳에 숙소를 구했죠. 그럼에도 이 동네가 마음에 들었어요. 후회하지 않아요. 방음이 잘 안되지만, 조용한 이웃을 만났어요. 동네 산책하며 오리 밥 주고 재미있었어요. 우린 수영장은 준비 중 이라 이용 못해 아쉬워요. 청소하는 착한 아가씨도 정말 좋아요.

Very nice place, quiet and clean. All automatic for the doors so a lot of freedom for the time schedule on vacation.

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Maria! Ik werd ontzettend leuk ontvangen door haar en de communicatie ging heel soepel. De kamer was ontzettend knus en fijn, daarbij is er een hele mooie patio en een fijne keuken. Maria is een ontzettend warm persoon en ik voelde me ontzettend welkom bij haar. De accommodatie ligt op een fijne en centrale plek, maar is wel lekker rustig. Voor een bezoekje aan Sevilla zou ik een verblijf bij Maria zeker aanraden!

We stayed in 11 Airbnb properties during our trip in Spain. This was the only single family home in suburban settings. The house is very spacious and clean. We could park the car right in front of the gate, which is a rare feature in Spain. Taking Metro trains to the city center was very easy. We walked five minutes to the station and took a 15 minute train ride (6 stops) to Pueta Jerez, from where you can walk to most attractions in town. The 1-day Metro pass costed us only 4.8 euros per person. We found that parking in town was not as bad if you go there early to take a spot in the public underground parking. Brad is a great communicator. He always responded to my questions promptly, even 2 in the morning! He gave us many useful advices that made our visit more enjoyable. We had the pleasure to meet the owner cohost Alexis. He is very friendly and great person to chat with. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay here. I highly recommend it to any visitor to Sevilla.

logement très propre, hôtes sympathique et terrasse privée. seul petit bémol, un rond point proche, et pas mal de circulation. Mais en Espagne, il peut être difficile de trouver un logement calme 😉

Un apartamento súper céntrico y cómodo para 6 personas. Estuvimos súper a gusto y la comunicación fue muy sencilla. Recomendable para un viaje en grupo a Sevilla!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Miguel est réactif et facilement disponible. L’endroit est paisible et sécurisé, à vingt minutes de Séville en voiture. On a pu profiter de la cuisine et du réfrigérateur. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, bien qu’elle présente quelques traces d’usage. Cela n’a pas altéré notre séjour, qui s’est très bien déroulé !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour Noël 🎄 en famille dans la maison de Javier. La maison est très agréable, pratique, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le linge de maison est très propre et la maison sent très bon. Javier a été au petit soin pour nous. En plus très arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivée et de de départ, ce qui est un plus lorsque nous sommes tributaire des horaires d’avion. C’est un logement que nous conseillons vivement.

Tout d’abord, luigi est un hoste très à l’écoute et écoutera chacune de vos demandes avec la plus grande attention, il fait également preuve d’une grande flexibilité. La chambre était bien rangée, bien que petite elle est suffisante pour une personne et est confortable.
