It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

Beautiful bright apartment located in Alameda, one of the most trendy and lively areas of Seville. You will be living in a pedestrian street in an old newly renovated building with elevator. The flat has marble floors, high ceilings and large windows, benefitting from plenty of natural light. The surrounding will give you in walking distance a lot of bars, restaurants and outside entertainment with a good accessibility to all parts of Seville.

Ideal for 5 guests and up to 7 if you're looking for something cheaper, although space is reduced, two extra beds are added.
