Very clean and nice place to stay, had everything we needed for our trip and in a beautiful area with lots to do!

David & Deanna were very quick to respond, especially when I booked at the last minute. The house was a perfect weekend getaway, 5 stars all around!

The cottage was beautiful! I loved the decor. It was very spacious. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Felt at home there.

What a wonderful jewel!! The location is a 10++++ you can walk to downtown and is also very easy access to the Smokey Mountain park and Pigeon Forge! The firepit and hot tub were perfect amenities! The house was squeaky clean - thank you Bees Knees for being great hosts!

The place was beautiful, really close to everything. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I hope to stay there again sometime!

Okay! Better than the pictures! Better than expected. Beautifulll view of pigeon forge, doesn’t feel isolated since you have neighbors, but at the same time feels private. Extremely clean. Super cozy home, I loved it right away when I got there. Fire pit area is beautiful with string lights. 10/10 I loved this place. I will say it is far from everything, since it is up a mountain. It is a 20-30 min drive out of the mountain and the drive is very steep. But so worth it in my opinion.

We enjoyed staying here! We were in town to look for places to live and this place was perfect for our needs. We had incident with 2 dogs getting into the backyard and Ashley was super responsive and made sure to call animal control when we couldn’t find the owners.

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa's cottage. It felt very festive and cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the memory foam beds and the hot tub!

The schoolhouse cottage was just perfect for my family of four for our Dollywood Christmas vacation and exploring surrounding areas. So close to all of the fun festivities to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & Sevierville!! perfect for us, great location, and we felt at home. Host was super responsive as well. Highly recommend!!

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

My wife and I Booked the Art House as A Christmas Suprise for our two boys . Wanting something different then the hotels in the area . upon arrival our boys opened the door and we're so surprised at the winter Christmas wonderland that Linnet created for us ..one of our boys first words was,this is like a fantasy :) . Linnet made us feel so welcome with some.gifts and an apple Pie . The four canvases that she left us made for an unforgettable activity in our downtime from the running around in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We also pointed rocks for the Art House Rock Garden and did a puzzle . Our boys slept in the Garden room and we stayed in the main room . Linnet gave us plenty of info on the area and Christmas activities. The Art House is close to everything and some of the resturants in severville are great and less crowded , I highly recommend the Gondolier Italian Resturant . My boys are already asking when we can book the Art house again,so thankful for these core memories.

We loved our stay! They were very responsive to our needs and would definitely stay again! Great location to get away from all the commotion but close enough to get to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg experiences!

This was a beautiful Airbnb, we loved the outdoor space and hot tub. The house was perfect for what we needed & clean! Beware of the trees one fell on the house before we ended our stay very thankful for the brick foundation as I don’t think we would have had the same outcome. Even with that the service and house was just what we hoped for.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

Easy to find the home was so cozy and beautiful views. Loved the amenities and so many clean towels. The jacuzzi was a added bonus and was great to relax in even at 40 degrees outside. The jungle gym in the yard was great for our boys. The fireplace made the home extra warm and cozy. The beds was very comfortable and the whole experience was amazing. Everything was within driving distance. We went to the turkey bowl in Gatlinburg and it was 20 min away. Thank you so much for having us in your beautiful home. Will definitely be back. A hidden gem 10/10.

Lovely place to stay while visiting the Smokeys! The area was quiet and private despite being only minutes from Greenbrier, and also close to downtown Gatlinburg. The place itself was easy to find down a well maintained private road and has a well stocked kitchen and welcoming decorations. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the jigsaw puzzles during the rainy days of our trip. The one thing for me was the beds were a bit soft for my taste - I ended up sleeping on the extra bed in the third room because it was firmer. Otherwise we had a great time and Alejandra was an awesome and responsive host. Would recommend!
