The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

2 bedroom cedar log cottage on over 300 beautiful acres. Very private. Many walking trails to explore and enjoy. Lovely deck on the cottage and a great dock at the lake. Canoe, pedal boat, and swimming raft. All just a 2 hour drive from Toronto. We have another property at the opposite end of the private lake - all of the same wonderful outdoor activities but this time based out of a stunning log house. Amazing stay at the cottage by the lake! breakfast with lake's view from the living room, two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. surroundings are amazing too with a beautiful trail just 10mn walk from the cottage, and the lake where you can swim and peddle board. the place is a lot cuter than what we expected!

Nima and Samira were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help during our stay. We had a fantastic weekend at their beautiful place, which featured stunning lake views and a relaxing hot tub. We especially loved spending time in the hot tub while taking in the serene scenery. The home was well-equipped with everything needed for a group of 7–8 people, including comfortable beds, ample seating areas, and a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you for everything!

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. Thanks Miguel for your clear communications and your helpful suggestions. We had a blast!

We were 8 guys (with possible of more) coming to see a sick friend who is unfortunately nearing the end of life. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. The weekend was quite cold but the place was welcoming enough that we mostly stayed inside and caught up with old friends. Thank you so much for accommodating our group, you have a very special home!

The deck with hard covered gazebo, dining table and lots of deck chairs allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the lake and outdoors, even when it rained. The living/dining area had lovely low windows which allowed views of the lake and loons from indoors. The beds (queen, double & single) were extremely comfortable.
