Beautiful accommodation. Peaceful and quiet spot, while still being close to everything in town. We will be back for sure!

A well fitted out modern house for 3 couples and 2 children. Easy walk to the beach - a little longer to swim between the flags. A lovely garden with a small pool. Big garage for 2 cars. Perfect house for a beach holiday.

What a great house! 3 levels with lots of space for everyone to find a spot to read (loved the selection of books!) or hang out. Coffee machine was a bonus! Kids loved the pool. Was great having 2 fridge/freezers inside and then another one outside. Comfy beds too!

Great, quiet location with a two minute walk to the beach. Everything was easy and as described. Loved it!

The property presented very well. Brooke helped a lot with ensuring that we were comfortable with small children about. Products in the bathrooms were very good (according to our partners), beds are brilliant, nice well-maintained pool with supplied beach towels, great deck/outdoor area. A very peaceful site and great access to the beach and town. House notes were of great help. All in all, a very good location and experience. Thanks Brooke and Jason.

House and views were amazing. House styled beautifully. And spotless. Had everything you could possibly need. The pavilions were a great addition to the house for extra space and privacy and an easy stroll to the bottom of the garden. Felt like you were in your own private island resort. Private beach, tennis court, pool and bbq area outstanding. Our family enjoyed their stay so much they are thinking we should make this an annual event!

This is a great unit in perfect condition. There is access to 4 pools and the BBQ area and grounds are lovely. Perfect holiday sitting in my courtyard trying to decide which pool I would swim in. Beach was a few minutes walk and Agnes Water shops was an easy, flat, 20 minute walk for my morning walk and coffee. Can’t wait to book this unit again.

A beautifully renovated property which suited our family, including teenagers. We loved the outdoor living space, particularly the deck and pool. The house was clean and had all of the amenities. Will definitely be back!

Exactly as described, such a smooth and effortless booking, check in and out , bedding was so comfortable, plenty of different areas to eat and relax plenty of suitable furnishings to accomodate the maximum allowable people and to accomodate guests , such a lovely quite area and even had a very qualified naturopath straight across the road, we would love to have the opportunity to book this lovely huge home again thank you so much Chrissy

Absolutely loved our stay in Agnes Water. House is terrific, large and spacious with a great backyard that our three kids loved (5, 7, 9). Easy 5 mins walk to shops (including cafes and restaurants) and 10 mins to main beach. Even had kangaroos out the front multiple times. Would definitely stay again.

The Surfhouse was amazing and the location is unbelievable. The shared facilities were 5 star, I don't think you will find a better swimming pool. We loved how relaxing the house is and how peaceful the bush surrounding was. The outside BBQ/Kitchen and dining area is a great ammenity and we ended up using it every night! Can't recommend this place enough.

Very well looked after home, nice and close to shops, tavern and beach all walkable. Very beachy aesthetic suits the town well Would stay again in a heartbeat

Chrissy ‘s house is well equipped and very clean; we all feel it’s a home away from home ; Chrissy is an awesome host , she has been very helpful since the first day I booked the accommodation ; she has been constantly giving out helpful instruction and information regards to my stay ! The house was a good size for 7 people. (mum/dad & 5 boys 16-21) We did not feel like we were on top of each other. Nice size backyard, which alot of cricket was played. The fire pit was well used for the 7 days we were there @ night. Ample space to park two cars and a double jet ski trailer. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the property. The property also caters for a dog. We brought our dog with us, a chihuahua. The backyard is fully fenced. Close drive to launch our jet ski's. They had all amenities that we needed. I highly recommend this property for a larger group. Thank you so much we had a FANTASTIC time.

Beautiful home in 1770. Multiple living areas, great for sharing the home with extended family where everyone can have their own space. Great amenities and short walk to the beach.

We have stayed here twice now and are still in love with this beautiful home. The check in and check out process was smooth and the home was well equipped with everything we needed.
