Vacation rentals with a patio in Seven Mile Beach

Three reasons why Tedrick’s place was absolutely great. 1) Squeaky clean. We’re pretty demanding but had no complaints whatsoever. The apartment looks just as nice as in the photos. It’s the last one on the row right ne t to the pool with a water view. 2) Conveniently and centrally located just around the corner from the airport, you’ll get to anywhere on the island within thirty-ish minutes max and a nice plaza for coffee, food, groceries and pharmacy needs is 5min away. 3) Tedrick and Antwoin are wonderful hosts. Super friendly and welcoming, all communication during our week there was easy and quick. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Location was as described - newly updated finishes, very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to great beaches (as mentioned in the listing - the beach in this area was mostly washed away during hurricane in 2013, but there are several public beach access points to the north). Host was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at Abi and Willie’s place! It was super clean, comfortable, and just felt like home. We felt really safe and secure with our family there, which made the trip even more relaxing. They even thought of little touches like beach toys for the kids, which was such a nice surprise! Abi and Willie were awesome with communication – always quick to respond and really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. A car is needed but can easily travel between Rum Point and East End. Just a beautiful setting

Island Pines Villas are in a good location on Seven Mile Beach. We appreciated the private location that was walkable to many restaurants and shops, and of course, just a few steps from the beautiful Cayman beach! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. A couple of added perks were the private pool area and ample parking if you rent a car. We would be happy to stay here again.

Had a lovely stay! Loved the patio! It was perfect for hanging out while our baby napped inside. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with!

I cannot wait to go back to Cayman and I would 100% stay at Jesse's place again. It is a great location, within a 5 minute walk to Sunset House where we spent many nights, eating and drinking. We did rent a car (highly recommend)and I let my daughter do all the left side of the road driving, parking was easy right in front/circular driveway. We posted up at governor's beach several days, always found a parking spot. The two king beds were super comfortable and the cold a/c was a bonus. There was 4 sets of fins and one mask and two beach chairs. I recommend bringing your own beach towels. It was nice having a washer/dryer, plus a big refrigerator with filtered water and ice. I have to mention everyone we met over the ten days we were there were the nicest people I have ever met in my travels.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and Julie was a wonderful host. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Looking forward to the next visit.

Reinaldo responding time prompt, clean & nicely decorated apartment, he was very friendly and helpful, had everything we needed, had maps and booklets about island was very helpful. Felt very comfortable there.

Shellie was a genuinely lovely host. She provided everything we could possibly need for the duration of our stay. She made sure we were aware the apartment was in a quiet part of the island..and it was..making it perfect for us. The apartment had everything we would need and was situated right by the beach with a short walk to a restaurant and bar. The beach was beautiful and even in an electrical storm the whole area was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shellie.

Whispering Kai was by far one of our best Airbnb experiences ever! This home had everything - everything you'd need to make meals in, have cocktails on the beach, entertain kids of all ages, entertain adults, a surplus of clean linens and comfy beds... absolutely everything! The location was amazing; quiet, near to Kaibo restaurants and coffee and yacht club, on a lovely private beach with a private dock, and had the most amazing views. Our three kids did not want to leave and immediately asked when they would be able to come back to the "amazing island house" again in the future. I whole-heartedly recommend Whispering Kai to anyone looking to visit Grand Cayman. Communication with Mitzie and her daughter was also super easy and friendly which is always a lovely bonus! Thank you for such an amazing time! We hope to be back in the near future!

We had a wonderful time at Kate and Nick's. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach and deck. The snorkeling off the house was fun. We were close to the dive company that our son went out with. Restaurants in the area were enjoyable. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. I definitely recommend!

seamless and flawless experience. very clear directions; code worked on all doors; immediate responses to questions and one small maintenance issue ; close to beaches, top flight wine store and fosters grocery; extremely thoughtful providing of everything you could think of to cook, grill, swim, avoid bugs, sunscreen, beach gear, cooler with wheels, well equipped kitchen, great tech wifi and tvs, excellent linens and laundry, and condiments and beverages and snacks! the rum cake on arrival was great all week! just the perfect escape and tremendous value.

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo. Perfect location and very walkable. We spent time at the pool and beach and easily walked to many restaurants, grocery store etc. The grounds are kept up very well. The kitchen has equipment and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, even a panini press - we cooked several meals. The recommendations for local places provided by Heather were great. Our flights were cancelled on our departure day and it was easy to communicate and extend our stay an extra day thankfully ! Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors and bathrooms. The floors appeared swept but not mopped and our feet were already dirty soon after our arrival. Absolutely would recommend this place and would stay again! We were two couples in our late 30s and it was perfect set up for us.

Kenesha’s place was completely as advertised. We loved the location away from the crowds but close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and resorts. The place was spotless, with a well appointed kitchen and wonderful screened in deck facing the ocean. The pool and hot tub were right on the ocean and many times we had it to ourselves. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Very beautiful location, area was quiet and very safe. A couple good restaurants within walking distance as was a nice cafe. Easy commute to all ends of the island. Condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Host was great and helped with things to do and grocery shopping in the area. Will recommend to friends and family.

WOW! What a fantastic family vacation spot. We spent a week here with our family. We have two little ones and Jayne was so accommodating. The best host we have ever had. Packn play set up when we arrived. She gave us great recommendations. She helped us unload our car and was so flexible with our arriving and departing. Reasons we love this place, the views are unreal, the deck, the beach, the snorkeling, the location is perfect to everything you will want to do, close to amazing restaurants, easy drive from airport, and is very walkable. The beach is right out your door. We saw so much snorkeling right out in front of the house! We will definitely be back!!! Also so fun to meet the other people vacationing and who live in the other condos. Super friendly perfect beautiful spot. Thanks Jayne!!!!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back! The condo was clean, spacious, well outfitted and the oceanfront patio was a dream!

Wonderful stay at the property. ONE Canal Point is the perfect balance of being an extremely convenient location and quiet / peaceful. Kyle is responsive. There is a lot of very helpful information in the unit. The unit and property is spectactularly well kept. Everything you need is in the unit from beach chairs, beach toys, pickleball equipment to laundry detergent and extra linens.

We had a great stay in Grand Cayman. The place was in a great location, the room was clean, and the host was responsive.

Calypso Cove #5 was great! We’ve stayed there in the past and its upgrades were lovely. Tracy was very responsive even on her own vacation in a different country. Will recommend to others! The ONLY drawback is the traffic noise and difficulty crossing the street to get to the beach. We almost got hit! A bit more trim on the bushes or a crosswalk would perhaps help?
