We loved our stay and hope to stay here again! The view is beautiful, lots of privacy, peaceful walking in the neighborhood. Great proximity to town and hiking trails. Home is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable with cozy bedding and pristine linens. Check in/out instructions were simple and easy to follow.

Really recommended on winter season! The view was amazing. The house really worth the price. Very clean and cozy. Loved and I’ll come back next winter.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

Michael was a great host. He was extremely responsive and helpful, even through a very snowy weekend! It was easy to leave even though it was 8°, as the nearby roads were very well taken care of by the city. Location was very private. Absolutely beautiful cabin in the snow! There were a couple of spiders inside, but nothing else unexpected found its way into the cabin! We absolutely loved this stay, and it’s a great deal. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Nice stay real close to everything that we were in town for a funeral service and to visit family. My mom attended Milligan College so the location was perfect for us to drive and visit within minutes. You can get to about any imaginable type of food you would want near by within 15 min. Or so The home was nice size and you could still have your privacy from your own family but still be together. Nice and clean home and host communicated rather quickly. Posting was just as described. Bed in one room is more firm while the one in the other was a little softer so it is all on preference. Decorated for Christmas which was a very nice touch this time of year. We would stay here again. Very easy to find. If visiting with children the extras on the top details visiting with kids has nice touch. Great service and very clean home with what we needed and way more! Thank you!

Everything was fine for our 3days and 2nights stay, the location, instructions and also the amenities. The only problem that we encounter is a lil bit dusty in the bathroom and also the hot water for the showers. But all in all, everything is worth it!

We loved staying at Denise’s place and will definitely be back. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops on King St. The studio was perfect for our family of four with the king bed and pullout couch for the kids. It was in the teens and twenties with 4in of snow during our stay and the heat worked beautifully, keeping us cozy at all times. Denise was very responsive and acted quickly to get maintenance to come help clear the driveway of snow so we could get parked and unpacked. Can’t wait to visit again in the summer.

Great little cabin for my family of four! Description was super accurate and Matt was an incredibly responsive host both before and during the stay! Clean. Modern appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy and warm despite the frigid temperatures outside. We will definitely book another stay some time in the future!

This place was fantastic! Incredible location in terms of skiing. Right next to Beech parking lot. Super easy walk, not even 10 minutes. Everything matched the description. Perfect amount of space for myself and my husband for a quick ski weekend. We did need to kick in our 4WD to get up the hill to the parking lot for the condo, but looked like plenty of other AWD and FWD cars made it up. I would 100% rent this place again.

Cabin was just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

This place was near Boone and Blowing Rock, and I didn't have time to use many of the benefits of the place, like the Sauna and hot tub. They were there and would have been easy to use, but we were so busy we ran out of time. Right now, the road to the directions given by Lance says it is "closed," but it wasn't, and that is on Google, not Lance. Great for a couple, and if you just rented the cabin, it would be a nice getaway alone. The kitchen has a gas stove, which works well, and it is something I miss where I live. The cats had a ball watching the deer out the window during this trip as well. We might be back and will recommend this place.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was right by the horse stalls so we got to see the horses each morning and walk to the stalls to say hello to them. Would love to stay again in the fall to see the leaves change.

Place is beautiful and well equipped. Driveway pull in is slightly sketchy for low to ground vehicles but perfect other than that.

Beautiful location made even better by the snow! Close to just about everything while still feeling pretty secluded and private. Perfect for a couple just trying to get away or even a small family.

Great stay! We came in town for a college tour for our son and turned it into a long weekend. We had a great time. Connie was very responsive and hospitable. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend! Check in was easy with clear instructions. The place was clean and despite a previous review that was left we had zero complaints. We did not have issues with windows (user error), smells, etc. Melissa was quick to respond with anything going on. We had an issue from previous guests leaving hot tub open, and trash full but she immediately took steps to fix issues. Quick drive to the ski hill which we enjoyed!

Matt and Sara’s cabin in Beech Mountain is a perfect getaway! The space is incredibly cozy and even more charming in person than in the photos. The highlight is the porch overlooking a peaceful creek, where we enjoyed spotting deer during our stay. It’s clear they’ve put great care into making this a relaxing and memorable retreat. Highly recommend!

Lynn is a wonderful host who even let our dogs out while we were away. the apartment is small but functional and the backyard is amazing. will stay again!!

Anna was absolutely amazing and helpful throughout our entire stay. This home is tucked away in a great location with beautiful views. This cabin had everything we wanted and we are looking forward to planning our next visit!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at the Fetching Fox! It is uniquely decorated with fox decor all around; a very cute touch. We were there a few weeks prior to Christmas and the house was decorated accordingly, including a fully lit Christmas tree. It was just the two of us but it would easily work with another couple and a few young kids in tow. We really enjoyed making a fire each night in the beautiful fireplace (just note that you need to supply your own wood - we bought some at the Harris Teeter, conveniently located about 10-15 minutes away in Boone, which we were headed to for food and other supplies anyways). We also got in the hot tub each night, which I was surprised how comfortable it was considering the first evening was down to 14 degrees when we got in! We rounded out the trip with shopping during the day in downtown Blowing Rock (15 mins.) and a nice dinner in town that night. We will definitely consider a return trip! The Fetching Fox was a great find!

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would say is the mattress in the guest bedroom is very uncomfortable but other than that it was fantastic. The cabin is really beautiful inside and out.

Jean went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were safe, comfortable, and accommodated. When we were visiting there was a large amount of unexpected snowfall which left us worried that we wouldn’t be able to leave the home as expected. Jean was more than happy to allow us to stay in her home so we would be safe. Luckily, we didn’t have to stay longer but her reassurance and kindness was one of a kind! Jean’s mountain home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and a lot of fun! The home is absolutely perfect for a trip with family or a group of friends. There are three full bathrooms, a large kitchen with new appliances, and a super useful (especially for our winter trip) washer and dryer. The experience with Jean and her home was phenomenal and was the absolute best AirBNB experience I’ve ever had. You won’t go wrong choosing this beautiful, clean, spacious, AMAZING home!! The home is great but the host made this stay even more magical! Thank you Mrs. Jean!
