It was a nice, clean and very comfortable apartment, we were very pleased and Edgar was a very friendly and polite host.

The apartment corresponded to the description, very fresh, newly renovated, fantastically located in central Yerevan. The hosts were super nice and the communication worked very well. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment, but we didn't get it at all, but the one nearby. It is identical in filling, but slightly different in layout. That wasn't a problem for us. The place is quiet but in the very center. The apartment was clean and nice.

A nice apartment at a very good location with everything available at a walking distance. Mikayel met me and showed everything at the apartment, was very responsive. When I’m back to Yerevan will stay at his place!

A massive thank you for the care given to when I stayed. 1. I arrived at 1.30am Kristine had her brother meet me to hand over the keys. The brother was very nice made sure I had the address walked me out of the airport and waited until I got safely into the cab. 2.Kristine then contacted me at around 3am to make sure I got in safely and that I found the flat easily. Again massive thank you for the care not many would do that. 3.the apartment was clean had all amenities. As well as proper heating and air-conditioning 4.the shower is modern and new with great water pressure and proper hot water. 5.around the conner is a small shop with everything in it. And about 1.4km is a massive shopping mall with everything you might need. 6.getting into city centre is easy and very affordable by cab. 7.the only thing I would say is the apartment is sunny so if you like a sleep in the rooms are bright but hey I used a blanket to cover the window. 🤣. But would gladly stay thier again when I am back

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Lusine was a great host and she's very helpful with anything you need. The room is so beautiful, a comfortable and spacious bed, a desk for those who work (great internet too), good clean bathroom with hot water, and a small cooking place. The yard is very big and so beautiful; it's like living inside a garden and you get to wake up every morning on birds singing! highly recommended ))

The place, the comfort of the house, the neighbors, the hospitality of the person who met and accommodated us were simply brilliant! You feel immediately at home and every detail in the house is well thought out so that you can have the perfect holiday! If you want to enjoy your holiday at your best it is though highly recommended that you go there by your own car.

First time visit to Yerevan and I'm looking for a stay in a centre. Michael's place is exactly that. The location is perfect, it's a stone throw away from Republic Square and surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, currency exchange, ATM, pharmacies. The place is spacious and completed with everything needed, to the smallest thing as laundry detergent. The bed is so comfortable, the place is warm and I always looking forward to come back home to the apartment after roaming around in the cold outside. Michael himself is always responsive, and gives a clear instructions for check in and how to find the apartment. Definitely recommended and will go back here in a heart beat!

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. We came after midnight and the check in provess was a bliss. Instructions were to the point. The airbnb was very clean and we felt like home right away. It‘s just few steps away from the cascades and has a beautiful view over the city. Highly recommend!

Nikas place is just what your looking for! Centrally located to shops restaurants and cafes. The place itself had everything I needed for my one month long trip. Even had a washer and a dryer! The house was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive and easy to talk too! Overall great stay would definitely be back!

The apartment has everything you could need: a dishwasher, washer and dryer, a work desk with a comfortable chair, plus extras like salt, sugar, and cooking oil. The location is ideal—right in the city center but still quiet. Check-in and check-out are easy. The only minor issue is some occasional noise from the neighbors, which is common in many Yerevan apartments and not something Levon can control. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Levon's place.

Wonderful experience staying in the wonderful city of Yerevan! The apartment is great, everything is exactly as pictured! The apartment is fully ready for your stay, there is absolutely everything from a toothbrush to leaf tea. Hosts are responsive, if anything is missing, they will bring them. We were with a small child, there is also a high chair and a crib. We left with a lot of gratitude to the hosts, thank you!
