Vacation rentals in Setteville

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s home! We travelled with our 3 month old for the first time and we were a bit nervous but Silvia was able to provide a crib and everything went smoothly. The house is super cosy, perfect if you like to cook, fully equipped and great appliances. Silvia was very kind and friendly and hope we can visit again sometime in the future!

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was impeccably clean and offered a peaceful atmosphere. Cristina, the host, was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best places to stay in Rome. Highly recommend it!

This place was absolutely wonderful!! I don’t think the pictures really capture how beautiful the place actually is. It is a bit of a walk from the main attractions in Rome but not more than 15/20 mins, but the walk is beautiful and crosses the river so I enjoyed it very much actually. The apartment itself was so nice, it has an amazing view of the city, I think you can see almost every important monument / tourist attraction from the window. Sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful, you get such a good view and the windows are so cinematic. I visited on a Saturday and the neighborhood around the apartment was so fun, calm yet everyone was out to dinner and it was fun city vibes. They have great restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk and taxis available if you want to explore more. The bus system also works great and it’s right nearby. The host himself was very attentive and communicative so checkin/checkout was simple and efficient. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

If you are visiting Rome, look no further. The apartment is 5 stars in every aspect. Great location, peaceful, spacious, sylish, well equipped etc etc. Hosts are helpful and very responsive. Can't wait to return.

100% recommended Marco's apartment. 1. Excellent location near the train station to get direct from the airport, metro line A, supermecado opening 24 hours, pharmacies and restaurants. 2. Excellent communication with Marco. 3. Simple sagging process, we were greeted by Enza, very kind, with some delicious tiramisu, who explained us all the details of the apartment. 4. Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment with everything you need to cook.

Valério and Simona were very helpful, the place is great and well located, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica. The apartment has very spacious rooms, very comfy and easy to access. The apartment was very well equipped, ready to welcome guests. We were with family in 6, we were very well accommodated.
