Jay's apartment is one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I've ever visited. 100% equipped, renovated and with a beautiful terrace from which we perfectly saw the falling stars and the starry sky. Conflenti is a small village surrounded by nature, where we woke up to the birds. Jay was very ancestor and very kind, from the moment of our arrival to the moment of our departure. Angela and Mariano, her collaborators in the village, were very kind and always ready to help and guide us. Highly recommended for a truly Calabrian holiday. PS: Take a nice shower in the bathroom of the main room: You won't regret the mountain view.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

Me, my partner and our dogs had a very good time at Rosario's place. The house is spacious and surrounded by greenery while being a minute from the city center. Everything is accessible and the place is located near the highway. The house has all the services indicated, including parking space inside the property. Rosario was an excellent and caring host! The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. My family and I stayed here for a few days, a newly built house, clean and tidy a few steps from the sea,surrounded by nature, ideal for those who want to take a break from the city. Carlo was very helpful both for flexible check-in/check-out times, and for recommendations on places, we had a great time in all the suggested places. We will definitely be back!
