This is a nice neighborhood and several dining options nearby. Very comfy and had everything we could have needed for our weekend in Chattanooga. A lovely spot and Kadie was very responsive and friendly. We’d love to come back and explore more of this fun city.

This was an absolutely beautiful Airbnb. The scenic overlook made the entire stay wonderful. Two windows in the bedroom that overlooked downtown Chattanooga. Paulina and her husband were extremely helpful and very accommodating. Everything looked brand new. I would highly recommend this to anybody who is there for a few days.

This is our second time at Ashley’s place. Last time we were upstairs. This time downstairs. We love the view, the kitchen, the seating area is cozy and perfect to read and relax. Beds are comfortable! The noise machine changed our lives last year and now we use one at home and at Ashley’s place for the minor road noise and the footsteps upstairs (didn’t bother us). The view, the ability to walk downtown and the beautiful architecture makes this a perfect home away from home. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Joanna and David's peaceful garden apartment. It was very comfortable in every way. It had a lovely, full kitchen and a laundry facility. It felt spacious and, above all, it was so peaceful and quiet. The house is surrounded by beautiful, mature trees. I heard birdsong every morning. It is also close to downtown, to North Chattanooga shops and restaurants and to Coolidge Park. Joanna and David were very friendly hosts and I enjoyed making their acquaintance. They were thoughtful in every way. Joanna knew that I was looking at neighborhoods and considering retiring to Chattanooga where I grew up. She left a magazine for me on the coffee table with a note that said it listed all the neighborhoods and their advantages and disadvantages. How kind and thoughtful! I would love to stay here again on another visit to Chattanooga.

We stayed 8 nights but it was NOT ENOUGH! The place has everything we wanted for a stay including a host that was always available! The comfort and charm of the home was incredible and the location was perfect. Safe neighborhood close to everything!

Our stay was perfect, the house is located in a great location for exploring downtown and local attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

We were a small group staying for climbing at Stone Fort. The place is very cozy and clean, and it was a nice secluded location to relax at. It was a bit unexpected to have no cell service since it’s in the woods and a bit off of main roads, but the wifi was excellent and three of us worked from home there with no issue. Lauren was extra accommodating too—there were a couple kitchen items missing and she ran out and got them for us swiftly, which was much appreciated. Overall, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable!

My family and I traveled from Florida and Michigan to vacation at Donna’s place for the week of Thanksgiving! This home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with things most airbnbs do not provide! We loved the area, the yard was exactly what the kids needed, running and playing ball, and exploring the surrounding areas! The kitchen is immaculate, and was my favorite place! I could cook breakfast, lunch and dinners without a care in the world while looking out the large windows and seeing the beautiful Mountain View’s! I 100% recommend Donna’s place, and while you’re in town make sure to visit the cookie jar cafe for lunch or dinner!! Thank you Donna for sharing your beautiful home we are excited to visit Dunlap again!

This is not your average high-end Airbnb. Lynelle’s place is over and above what you would expect. We stayed in three high end Airbnb's during a 10-day trip and our entire experience here stood out. Lyn and Brett are kind, friendly people and they know hospitality. The property itself is just so gorgeous and pastoral. The home is decorated in a very thoughtful way. If you're looking for a great experience, I recommend Lynelle’s home all day long.

Such a perfect place for my family! My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed here for a weekend and it exceeded expectations. Sandy was very responsive, warm, and a lot of care was put into this space. It was very clean and peaceful. We had plenty of privacy without feeling isolated! We looooved the farm animals and view. Something I didn’t previously catch —which I think is wonderful —is that these sweet animals are rescues. Definitely a plus. Hope to stay here again!

The big porch cottage was wonderful! We felt right at home. Tammy was very welcoming and friendly. The big porch cottage was so kid friendly. My 1 year old grandson loved running all around the house. Everything was kid proof and made such a difference for us not having to worry so much. My 9 year old loved it too, we saw deer walking in front yard while drinking coffee on the porch. It was so relaxing!

What a great cozy house with a comfortable setup. Walking distance to downtown. Very clean.

Erin’s place had the most amazing views. Our family was able to go on many hikes close by the house. Even some trails from the house. We enjoyed the house and it was very well taken care of.

I enjoyed my and felt right at home. Shaun was friendly, responsive and was willing to work with my schedule. The area was peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.

Logan’s condo was a great base for our 4-day weekend in Chattanooga with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were in close proximity to several great restaurants, breweries and bars and enjoyed being able to walk just about everywhere with no safety concerns whatsoever. Everything was exactly as pictured, clean, and in great working order. I appreciated the ability to access cable TV channels as were able to catch a big college football game that would not have been an option with the ‘smart TV only’ option provided by most AirBnB hosts. We had a great stay. The condo was very clean neat and tidy. Great location.

The condo was clean, comfy, and very close to the event venue we were visiting. There was plastic kid-sized flatware for my toddler, which was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast & snacks left in the condo were a nice touch!

Great place and easy access to restaurants and Chattanooga downtown area. I wished the security scanners worked better at the building door. Always relied on entering a long string of numbers to enter.

If you are wanting to stay in a quiet place within walking distance of almost everything downtown, then this is the place!
