It's really good to stay around Konkuk University and Seongsu. The transportation is good and it is safe because it is not in a remote place. It was nice to have a convenience store right in front, and the accommodation was clean and spacious.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Kwon’s place! Just a minute away from Dongmyo subway station, the house is very clean and Kwon was super responsive. Great amenities, loads of shopping nearby (Olive Young just downstairs!), Daiso, McDonald’s, kbbq, fried chicken and cafe places just a stones throw away as well. Will definitely be back ⭐️

Had a very pleasant stay with Wecostay in their clean, new modern building, connected directly to the subway station (you could get to the subway without ever leaving the building). The bed was surprisingly comfortable despite being firm for Asian standards, and the room was also quite spacious, well cleaned and well equipped, even including a washing machine and a smart TV. During my stay (Nov 2024) although the outside weather was cold (sub zero overnight minimums), our room maintained a constant 24°+ without the heating running. The property is well managed with an on-site office staffed during the day. There was a little bit of corridor noise at times, however it was not disruptive. Also, the elevators can be a bit slow, however, I think it's a minor inconvenience that was a small trade off for the other benefits. Overall, I would recommend Wecostay Namsan and I would choose to stay here again if I visit Seoul in the future.

Great Airbnb with a good location. If you’re looking for a good spot for authentic and traditional eats and experiences it is a great choice. Rooms are spacious and everything is put into places where it is convenient (especially for foreigners). The only negative experiences I had were things I chalked up to just unlucky timing and experiences that can happen, not a big deal or something that impacted my review. Overall great spot and a great place to stay. We only used two of the beds, one was missing an A/C though so might be something to keep in mind. Hosts gave info back when asked and our experience was very on our own in a good way.

The place is great, it’s close to shopping and restaurants and subway station. Everything is great there, place is good for a group of people.

This airbnb is literally the best experience I have ever had. The house is extremely clean, tidy, very well equipped, close to everything, very warm, the beds are very comfortable. Glara was very reactive, kind and has provided every single thing that you may need during your stay/journey. I will not hesitate to book here again once Im back to Seoul. I had a very satisfying stay at this Airbnb for 6 days. The place was incredibly comfortable and cozy, even though there’s no elevator, it was still easily reachable as it’s only on the 2nd floor. The homey atmosphere made it feel like a perfect retreat after a long day. The host was amazing—always responsive, even when we reached out late at night, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness, down to small details like providing multi-plug adapters, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is also great. While Seoul Station is relatively close, the nearest bus stop is much more walkable and made the place super accessible for getting around. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Seoul. Highly recommended!

The sparkling clean, spacious accommodation exceeded typical korean Airbnb standards, offering thoughtful amenities like snacks, drinks, plenty of towels, and travel adapters. The location was ideal, just 5 minutes from Mapo station, with nearby eateries and convenience stores. The living room featured a large table and sofa, while the two bedrooms accommodated us comfortably with king beds and a movable super single bed. Lee balanced attentiveness with privacy, promptly addressing additional requests. His parents warmly greeted us, shared valuable local tips, and ensured our comfort. Nice place to stay and nice bed

I enjoyed staying at this super clean and quiet place. Everything a traveler expects to find at hotel rooms such as, dental kits, towels..etc was there. Regarding the area, many things to do walking distance, like cafe, restaurants and shopping.

great stay.. location 5-10mins walk with slight slope from myeongdong station.. responsive hosts.. felt like home with all available amenities as mentioned.. floor a little bulging up at living room (maybe suggest host to fix it a little) and some spider webs.. although there is no lift.. we got the room where we need to go up about 10stairs.. not too bad.. lucky not higher floor.. hope to have a more firm pillow or additional pillows.. overall happy with the stay! thanks lots Jin, Soda, Mino!

This place is a great location, great space. One thing is that the bathroom gets very wet when the shower is used, which ends up being a little tough. Overall great price for what you get.

Chloe’s place was in a residential area, so there wasn’t much nearby, which is unusual for the Gangnam area. However, her apartment was very spacious, with large rooms. The decor could use an update, as some items seemed quite old. Aside from that, the building had a convenient elevator and a great gym facility. It would be helpful if she could provide the full address, including the Korean version, as it was difficult to locate. I thank Chloe for her kindness.

The accommodation is a new apartment and it is really clean. There was a family event in Seoul, so I caught it in a hurry, but they also registered the visiting vehicle right away, and the location was right at the entrance of the parking lot, so it was convenient. Thank you for your kind response. When it warms up, I want to visit the accommodation again and go to Bukhansan.

The place is really cozy and clean. It was an accommodation where you could feel the host's sense and attention to detail. Thanks to you, I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay:) There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The view from the accommodation was also nice. You can also see Namsan Tower! It was a regrettable accommodation for one night. I will definitely visit again. Thank you ^ ^

Superb location, close to: Train station Huge E-mart for groceries and Lott's dept store for everything you can imagine Restaurants Cafes Airport limo Very clean place that is easy to keep clean. Really nice to have a washing machine. Chisung was incredibly responsive and understanding. He even has a man air fryer! The garbage is a bit of a hassle but not a big deal. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to call home for three weeks for me!
