We had a truly amazing stay here. The villa is great to live in, all you need is there. Great restaurants nearby, a lot of shops to cover your daily needs. The pool area is best, a lot of shade and breeze, sun beds too. A lot of things to visit in the short driving distance. Donato always available to give advice or recommendations!

Villa Rosa is in a great location in the beautiful town of Conversano. There are lots of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. The town itself is charming with fewer tourists, but still within reach to the seaside towns such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino are also nearby. Overall, Villa Rosa was a great base to explore the region. We were given lots of recommendations from the host and communication was good. The garden and pool area was a highlight, very relaxing and well maintained. There is parking right outside the villa which is free most of the day except between 7pm-Midnight, and only cost a few euros. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The best Airbnb we ever stayed in! After seeing all the photos and videos we made, all our friends and family would love to stay at Villa Rosa Resort next summer. We had the best time possible as a family of four (two kids, age 3 and 5). The park around the Airbnb is just beautiful with the swimming pool as an absolute highlight. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend everyone to stay at Villa Rosa Resort if they have the chance! Donato is the best host you could wish for.

This apartment was an amazing hit. I recommend it to everyone. Close to the train station and downtown. A setting amazing and for everything thought of.

Dario, the host was extremely helpful. The apartment is fully equipped and has a wonderful view. The absolute winner is the location to the free beach! The apartment is simply perfect!

Very nice place. Unique with a peaceful garden with pool in walking distance to a cozy town. The pool was about 22-23 degrees at the end of September I guess and it was delicious on sunny days. The kids of 2 and 5 appreciated the peace and we felt they were welcome. Might not want to go here if I had very loud and noisy kids because I would feel like they were disturbing the peaceful vibe. The rooms were very nice, loved the contrast with the classic art and modern architecture. A very minor detail was that the shower heads were a bit bad, I would change them with someone who provided a quieter and wider jet, but that's the only thing I can think of.

Accommodation exactly as described in the well-kept and functional listing,San Vito dei Normanni is a beautiful reality that we discovered... Giuseppe and Mary are very helpful and kind... nothing more to say besides that it was a beautiful experience

what an amazing place !!!!!! . it was our first time to Monopoli and been situated just a 20min walk to the old town and access to the number 1 & 3 bus meant you can get to the town's train station very easily and cheaply the accommodation is well presented and very clean and tidy and all facilities worked. The washing machine down stairs was a real treat as it meant we could have packed less clothes . The bed was very comfortable and as the weather was very and hot we didn't need to use the sauna. There are 2 great supermarkets only a 2 minute walk away so all your food/drink needs are sorted. three areas number of small beaches nearby, some are free while others charge ( 30e for 2beds and an umbrella A special mention must go out to our contact ANNA who was so helpful with local information regarding restaurants/buses/ shopping. her response to any query was always prompt and helpful. can't wait to go back next year )

Spacious and comfortable flat near the center of Bari, the place looks exactly like the photos shown in the listing. Alfo is a great host, he helped me to have the best focaccia barese in town 👌🏻✨

My wife, son and I spent 4 days in Francesco’s condo. The place was well situated, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town but close enough to get to by foot. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Francesco provided free on premise parking which was nice. Francesco also greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco and other goodies. That’s a really nice gesture. Definitely recommend Francesco’s condo.

Lorenzo’s place is not your typical AibBnb, it is a true GEM; spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and meticulously decorated. It was extremely hot in Bari during our July 2024 stay there, well working air-conditioning was a God-sent feature. Located just south of the Centrale Train Station - 5 min walking distance, it is conveniently located if you want to take daily trips to to small coastal towns such as Polignano a Mare. We enjoyed our daily walks to the downtown and Old Town areas. Lorenzo had great dining and daily trip recommendations for us as well.

Excellent apartment, exactly like the pictures and description. Quiet place. Communication was fast and clear. We made the reservation hours before the checkin and everything went super smooth. Its a self checkin place and the instructions are detailed enough so we can get in and out with no problems, including to the parking spot provided. Thanks!

Very nice villa with lovely pool - perfect space to relax and enjoy lazy summer days. Great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. Well equipped including good laundry. Excellent communications including during epic storm which led to short term power cut which host sought to rectify asap. Highly recommended. Only area for improvement would be to offer mid stay clean/towel change. A lot spot in the beautiful Puglia countryside while still close to all the sights/nightlife of Ostuni.

Saverio,s Villa was lovely and just as we expected .As others have said ot is at the end of quite a narrow lane so easier for a smaller car but just take your time and it is no issue We had a Fiat Panda that was comfortable but always with car and we made the trip twice everyday while staying You are a 10 min drive from Martina which is lovely and has lots of good eating restaurants.We stayed in the Limone villa which had everything we needed and was comfortable with a patio and eating area outside over looking the land and Jacuzzi for your private use This Villa also had the use of the large main swimming pool near the main house which was private , relaxing and beautiful Saverio and his family where always discreet and allowed you privacy when at the pool .He is wife Antonella and parents where lovely people , always there within minutes to help if you needed anything .He was a real Gentleman polite and friendly and supportive with us not speaking Italian

Perfect new apartment in a beautiful location. The old town is a 10 minute walk away, which you can do on the seaside promenade. Giuseppe welcomed us as arranged. Thank you for everything! :) He has provided us with a lot of useful advice. There are also 2 supermarkets nearby within a 2-minute walk. Spotless cleanliness, comfort! We'll definitely be back!
