Location was good. Near the Archeological museum and center of Vathy

It was a very well-equipped apartment. Although it seemed like a downside to being a basement, it was a light and, most importantly, a cool apartment. It was a relief that there was air conditioning. Mr. Hakan responded quickly to questions and was solution oriented. Thank you.

Beautiful place with a great host. The place is great and Nikos helped us with everything to make our stay with two babies very pleasant. You can also rent a car with very good deal.

Fantastic communication from Chris, very kind and flexible. Had some local goodies upon arrival in a bowl at the table! There was a slight issue with a drain, but Chris was extremely proactive in helping sort and did not affect the rest of the holiday! Would very much recommend this place, great location too…such a good spot!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Great balcony view. Beside marina and city centre, M Mustafa was always available to help us . Internet was weak sometimes , this was explained to me by Host. I would stay here again when I return to Kusadasai. Thanks M Mustafa for your hospitality .

What an amazing view that the apartment have… We had 4 perfect days with peaceful environment and sea which is just 20 steps far from home entrance. Hope to see you again Psili Ammos and the Chris’s lovely flat :)

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was exactly as in the pictures and we immediately felt at home. Although we didn't use it a lot (many restaurants nearby) the kitchen was very complete, the bed comfortable and the apartment spacious. The location was very central but still a bit quiet with the entrance in a side-alley. The living room window is an excellent spot for people-watching and the balcony has a nice sea-view. Shower had good comfortable waterflow but was a little small. We are not 'big' people but even struggled a bit. Instructions for check-in were very clear and Angeliki was a friendly, helpful and flexible host!

We - 2 adults - stayed in Venetia's apartment for two weeks. The apartment fully complied with the description. We each had our own room with its own bathroom/toilet. The bathroom is small and has the typical amenities with a low shower tub and the curtain. We like the challenge of not causing flooding while showering. It worked! The kitchen and the living room was nice and big for two people. It was all necessary there. From the front balcony you have a great view of the harbor, there it is sunny in the morning. We had towels and linens sufficient for two weeks. The neighborhood was quiet (Samos in October). Maybe it would be possible to get a kind of basic cleaning e.g. for the bathrooms once or twice for a longer stay. We would book with Venetia again anytime.

The house was super clean and spacious, and the host communicated instantly. It was a very pleasant stay.

An amazing stay, right in the heart of the street markets of Kuşadası and only a few minutes by minibus/car for a cheap price to the beaches or beach clubs that are paid entry. Host is responsive immediately and ensured we had all we needed. We had a five year old child with us, in regards to the noise she slept perfectly fine was never bothered at all by the music. Neither were we, it wasn’t that bad for us I guess it depends on the person. Clean on arrival as well. Thank you very much for this perfect stay hope to see you again one day :)

This was an outstanding location with well thought out amenities and a gorgeous elevated deck with terrific views of the ocean. Voula and her sister Eva could not have been more responsive and helpful to any questions or special requests we had. We have never had a more relaxing and enjoyable Airbnb experience. Difficult to describe one of the best Airbnb in Greece....A recess of peace and assesment, flowers, plants, harmony, history, ethnography.....It feels the soul of the place, cozy, absolutely clean, indiscreptiblely peaceful...with a strong character in Lili...the Great Host who created this little paradise 20 minutes walk down a mule path in the fascinating village of Mitilini stuffed with local trade, restaurants, grocery stores, Greek magic!!!!! 1 week is not enough to savor the place...and also not enough to discover the human magnitude of Lyli. Bellavista should be Villa Lyli.....the great artwork of Samos

Such a great owner family! Everything went more than perfect for us. Even in the worst possible scenario, Afroditi and Nikos supported us with more than possible. Not just with the accommodation, but everything you can possibly need. Pythagorion is a small area packed with everything you need in a summer vacation. This and the lovely locals were the criteria of choice for us as a family with an infant baby. The home is in the middle of serenity and everything you need for the area with a walking distance. You can find all the indicated explanations by Afroditi in the house without any shortfall. The place is very well organised and clean. You can easily find the place with the great aid of Nikos. The kitchenware is more than enough even if you prepare your meal at home. There are a lot of shopping options very close by and the neighbours are definitely lovely. Look no place other if the criterias are fullfilling for your needs. We highly recommend the owners and place!

This place was a safe haven. We had a tough trip and had an unexpected overnight.. they were extremely accommodating. The place was like a peaceful retreat.

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

We have stayed at Maria‘s rooftop-paradise for one week at the beginning of October. And it was great! The room is relatively small, but has everything you need. We only stayed there to sleep, because the highlight is the terrace. It is so big, you find either sun or shade anytime. And since it is so big, and the sofas and chairs are so flexible, you can just sit or lie wherever you wish. The view is stunning, everything is at your feed. And you are right in the middle of it, just two floors down, and you are the center of the restaurants, bars and shops. Still it was surprisingly quiet upstairs. Of course, in October there are less guests staying at Kokkari, that might be different in July or August, we do not know. Would we come again? Definitely! Any time. When in Samos, we‘d stay at Maria‘s wonderful rooftop! Thank you for your hospitality 😊🇬🇷
