My wife and I had a very nice week. A very nice place in terms of location. Ms. Mine was very interested.

Mr. Gence is very respectful and caring. The place we stayed was perfect in many ways. With its location in the center, everything that should be in a 2+1 apartment within walking distance to everywhere was presented as immaculately clean. It will be my first choice if I go again, thank you :)

Ms. Gülizar is a friendly, understanding, caring and kind person. He really wants you to be comfortable, a good holiday, and does whatever it takes for that. The house was nice too. Location is good. No parking problems. The interior design is nice. Most importantly, there is a satisfactory response to the high expectation of cleanliness. There are every household item you may need. Even if not, Ms. Gülizar will solve it right away. Thank you.

Enis’s place is a lovely apartment that has nice Turkish furnishings. It feels good to be there and having the large balcony is very nice. It was comfortable and the location is excellent. Enis is a very nice man and he introduced me to his brother and two of his cousins who are also involved in their joint ownership of the hotel and other businesses. Very nice people who offered good suggestions for restaurants and local sights to see while there. Communication with Enis was very good. I felt that he appreciated his guests and wanted to make sure their stay was going well. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

What a wonderful place to stay! Just a 10-15 minute walk from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque & other Old City spots to see. Safe & walkable day and night - was wonderful to experience the Old City attractions easily at all times. Comfortable, simple space with everything you need to serve as your base in this amazing city. Nice views from outdoor patio - even a slice of the Bosphorus. Host is so welcoming and helpful - we felt like we had a brother looking out for us on our first visit to Istanbul. His rug shop is right downstairs, so we had nice interactions, including his initial welcome with tea served in his beautiful shop. This place is on a street that's busy and fun morning through midnight - restaurants right across the street made good meals easy to find. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and responded to all our questions and concerns within minutes. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location couldn’t be better—right in the city center and just a short walk from the shoreline. It’s surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores, so everything you need is within easy reach. I highly recommend this place, especially in the summer—it’s the perfect spot for a memorable Kuşadası holiday. The host truly makes you feel at home, and we can’t wait to return! Don’t hesitate to book it for your next trip!

We went with our 3 year old daughter. Even though it was January, we did not have any heating problems. The house is very tidy and tastefully furnished. There are all the household items you may need. Mr. Baris also answered our questions in a timely manner. Overall it was nice. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed Martha's place. The accommodation was perfect and the view was absolutely magical! The host was very helpful, greeted us when we got there and always responded quickly to message when we had questions. We are so grateful for all the help we received and it has really helped our trip to be as good as it can. In the city itself, beaches, restaurants and shops are a bit apart. In the heat it was too far for us to walk. A tip is therefore to rent bikes down the city, we got help with this from Martha. It saved our holiday as we didn't want to spend money renting a car and didn't dare to drive a moped in traffic. As I said, the view is magical and the absolute best part of the trip was our home. But I really recommend you to rent a car as the slopes up to the apartment from the city are not to play with:) I highly recommend this accommodation!

We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment for 5 days. A wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and exactly like the description. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I recommend this place to everyone and will be happy to come back!
