Apartment is exactly as described: spacious, clean, practical and within walking distance to all useful amenities. Perfect location to get into the centre of Paris quickly. Isabelle was very friendly and even went out of her way to welcome us into the flat because of our late arrival. We absolutely loved our stay at Isabelle's place and will definitely contact her again if/when we come back to Chelles. Highly recommend.

jean-baptiste is a very attentive friend, patiently asked about our plane arrival time, gave us a lot of information about the local parisian place, recommended a lot of good food around.The house is conveniently located, going out is the nation station, and it is also safe and quiet around!It's a very pleasant trip.

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

Benjamin's place is functional, comfortable, warm and very quiet. This district of Montreuil is pleasant, lively and close to Paris via transport, so very convenient.

We had a wonderful time in Manon's apartment and were kindly welcomed by her on our arrival. The apartment is located directly at the metro stop Pelleport, the address is easy to find and the 7th floor is easily accessible by elevator. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and the sights of Paris are within easy reach. We liked the apartment very much, especially the great view over the city and the film projector. But also the bed was amazingly comfortable! Manon is very hospitable and always responded very quickly to our messages and gave us great tips - we highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

We (family of five) had a wonderful week in Blandy at July's house. July's parents met us on arrival and although our French is very poor they were very helpful and introduced us to the house. Through the week July was always quick to respond and kind in helping us with any questions. The house is a lovely home, beautifully designed and with lots for all the family to do. Our children particularly enjoyed using the bicycles, playing pool and relaxing in the hammocks and garden. Blandy is a very quiet and pretty village and we had a fantastic meal eating at the restaurant L'entourloupe adjacent to the tower. There is also a great takeaway pizzeria in the village, a small shop, another restaurant and a boulangerie. We found lots to do in the area including a day in Paris using the fast train from Melun (free parking at the municipal swimming pool), a day at Fontainebleu, and a picnic down at the banks of the Seine. We would happily recommend July's home to others.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice and comfortable house, especially with the whole upper floor for the kids with a lot of toys. Good beds, fully equipped kitchen. We loved the jacuzzi and used it twice. It was easy to get to Paris by bus and train, bus stops in front of the house. Disneyland was an half hour drive, it’s quite close but because of the river the drive is a bit longer. Thanks for the warm welcome and a nice stayy.

We rented this place for the WE. The lake estate is a quiet and really beautiful place. Perfect for a WE for families or with friends. We will be back in the year to take advantage of this area which offers various activities. The host is very welcoming and engaged. Communication was very fluid. I recommend 100%. Big thanks for a memorable WE!

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

We had our wedding party at the mill and were not disappointed. The place is beautiful with a very large garden. A big thank you to Dorian, who was very responsive so that everything was ready as soon as we arrived, and he made sure everything went as planned during the weekend. He remained very available and always with a smile.

Patrick was a very good host. He even helped us out late on Sunday evening when someone else had parked in the reserved parking spot. He found us another place to park and worked everything out for us. Very friendly and responsive.

I would have given 4 stars to the place, but I guess the problem we have encountered was not caused directly by Stan. Stan is a great host and was responsive every time I had a question, and he even allowed us to check-in a few hours earlier, which not a lot of hosts do, so he deserves 5 stars. The thing is that when we checked in, we noticed that there was still some dust on the floor, and there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom and we needed to buy that. I guess that Stan hires someone to clean the apartment and that person was probably not careful with that, so it’s not his fault directly. Besides these two problems, everything was as described and the apartment is really in a good and quiet location. You can walk to the metro station (5 min), and from there you’ll be in the center of Paris in 20-30 min by taking RER line A. I would definitely consider Stan’s place if when I’ll go back to Paris.🫶

Everything was as described. Ezel was able to meet us earlier, what was very good. Apartment was a bit cold, but, i guess it's general requirements for building in France. Apartment was clean and nice, we had everything we needed.

I really enjoyed my time at the Studio Magnifique and hope to return next year! Elie is a very kind and responsive host and the apartment is lovely. Le Stendhal - the cafe on the corner is a MUST. The neighborhood is really amazing but shhhh don't tell anyone.
